Tom came early and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, and was careful about the house. He checked everything regarding the furnace, and gave suggestions of things we might want to think about in the future. He even went above and beyond to tighten up the frame around the air return. Very nice job.

The technician, Kenneth, was on time and very neatly dressed. He was very respectful toward our property and made sure that everything was closed up when he was finished. He fully explained the areas of concern he found. Overall we are very pleased with the service provided by One Hour.

John *** for ONE HOUR is one of the best service people that I have come across in 60 years. Friendly (like he was like one of our neighbors), knowledgeable, honest (tested him on a few issues) , excellent suggestions up front for possible future problems. He can come back anytime. One Hour is lucky to have him -good for business and the customer!

Cold called us on telephone despite us being on do not call list. Recived call 2:56pm 9/5/18 trying to sell us A/C service. Told woman we were on do not call list and would file Revdex.com complaint.

We have been going back and forth with this company, most recently from June/29/2018 until today July/27/2018 and ongoing, with our heat pump unit that they installed on 6/12/13. The unit has a "Ten Year Parts and Labor Warranty". Their dispatchers or call center is located in Florida and the dispatchers keep giving our workers the run around, instead of letting them finish the job they started! Our AC unit and their workers are located in Arizona! My husband just had major spine surgery on 6/25/2018 and is supposed to stay cool and dry! which has been impossible to do with our AC unit not working properly! They have sent 5 (five) different service people to our home in the last month and they STILL have not been able to fix our unit properly. Tom is the present worker and they have him trying to do duct work BY HIMSELF!. It is in the 110 degree range right now and next week it will be in the 120 degree range of temperatures outside. My husband is still at high risk of getting an infection in his surgery area from this high heat and humidity! We bought a heat pump for this very reason, because swamp coolers do not cool well enough in our area. We just want our unit fixed properly! This is absolutely miserable. If this unit is giving us this much trouble at the five year mark, I would just like an exchange or replacement for something that works! Please help us!

Has not completed work or fulfilled the contract signed 5/25/2017. Poor follow up, nonexistent service, untrained people. Nearly blew my house up at one point. Does not reply to requests, answer questions or provide any service at all.

Johnathon is an excellent technician. Very professional, neat and very curtious. I hope he comes again for my next semiannual checkup.

This was our second time to use One Hour Air. This was a check up of our AC/Heating Unit since the unit is 8 years old. Our Technician was Johnathan. He was very professional and explained everything to us. He answered all our questions. Based on his recommendation we had a few parts installed to prolong the life of our system and signed up for duct cleaning since we have never had this done before.

10/16/17 - Johnathon came to perform our fall maintenance on our A/C unit. He was very professional, explained what was needed, but didn't try to oversell extras. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will be asking for him when it is time for the spring maintenance . Great representative of the company

Johnathon came after 2 hours of my call. In the evening, during an excessive heat warning, to repair our conditioner. Very respectful and efficient. Extremely pleased with his service.
