He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with several options to correct the issue and was very professional. I would strongly recommend John for any air conditioning or heating issues. I can’t say enough great things about him in this short survey.

I was required to pre-pay for a service, which I subsequently cancelled within 24 hours of the request. The amount I paid was $1039.

It made me nervous to pre-pay for a service so I cancelled the next day (3 May 2019). The service wasn’t scheduled to occur until 5 May 2019. When I called and cancelled, I requested the money be reimbursed. The woman I spoke with said she would have to ask and sure enough she said they would do that.

Well, you can imagine my surprise when I received an invoice for a refund of only $874.00. The company decided to keep $165 for a capacitor. That is not what I was told was going to happen and in fact, when I reviewed the invoice sent via Email, the terms and conditions state “The entire invoice is due upon completion of described work.”

I tried calling the company several times and was never able to get through. I emailed the company on the 13th of May and have not received a response. I requested a response within 5 business days.

Ms. had purchased a capacitor and a duct cleaning. When Ms. canceled the job our notes showed only the duct cleaning was not performed. After the request for a refund was received, we processed the refund for the $874 and emailed a receipt showing that refund. Ms. notified via email that she was expecting the money for the capacitor. Again our notes showed that only the duct cleaning was not performed. We have refunded Ms. the additional $165 to her credit card.

This company is only out for a profit and lacks concern for their clients. I have had different servicemen come to my home to tell me things need to be replaced when they are still working effectively and efficiently. I lack the ability to trust what I am told as I feel they are just out to get my money and not my trust or relationship. One year they told me I had to wait 3 weeks for a part during extreme heat warning. We had no AC, the company didnt present with any concern regarding our welfare. After raising my concern and voice they obtained the part in 3 days....they are only out for the money!

Pitzer's One Hour performs maintenance twice a year for Active Duty, Veterans and First Responders at no charge for life. We are a company that takes care of our clients. I have looked into the calls performed for J. Dery since Pitzer's One Hour has been operating in Phoenix, AZ as of February 2017. A capacitor was replaced (normal wear and tear) and maintenance items have been purchased. Cleaning the coil and filters. We do recommend replacement on items that are showing wear or are inefficient. This is to prevent breakdowns in the heat of the summer.

Tony has been servicing my 2 units for 30 plus years. He is efficient, professional and a pleasure to have doing the service on my units. I can always trust him to let me know what needs to be done to ensure my units are in the best operating condition. I specifically request him because of my confidence in him.

After a six mo inspection, I was told I needed a new motor and fan blade, with labor charges of $577., When I told them my warranty included labor, they have refused to accept any contact by phone or e-mail. In other words they will not do the work. The warranty is in writing.

This is a very easy complaint to answer, as the complaint stems from work done and a warranty by another company, not ours.

According to the complaint, the customer bought an HVAC unit from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating ROC# ***/***. This company is no longer in business. When Right Time Home Services closed their door, they sold their database to KBJB, llc, dba: Brewer’s One Hour Air Conditioning. Whether Brewer’s assumed the liabilities of Right Time Home Services is unknown and irrelevant to this matter.

On February 1st of 2017, KBJB Ceased to operate the One Hour Franchise and N & L Investment, Corp. dba: Pitzer’s One Hour Air Conditioning bought the customer list and phone numbers ONLY from KBJB. We did not assume any liabilities.

This customers complaint is about something purchased by another company. On March 25, 2019 Pitzer’s One Hour (ROC ***) found that Mr.’s unit needed a new motor and fan blade. The technician verified the AMANA warranty on the unit and found a PARTS ONLY warranty. The previous company had never registered the equipment to cover labor with the manufacturer. Mr. was given the labor price only to replace the motor and fan blade. John ***, Operations Manager, left a message on Mr.’s voicemail asking for a call back to explain the part only warranty and had not received a return phone call.

I returned the call made Wed evening on Thursday, tried to get an agreeable solution. I was told her would call me Fri morning at 10:00; and, no surprise, it never happened. My calls to him went unanswered like all the many others I have tried to make. I don't understand their attitude, I have been a good customer for 6 years and this is a matter of 10 to 15 minutes of work. Why do they refuse to even talk to me? I was trying to get through to them that when the inspection was done on Mar 25, when the tech left, I notices that both of the thermometers were inoperative and they worked fine before. Do they also refuse to correct any mistakes that are made? I can't get to talk to anyone to report this.

The technician did a complete analysis of our 13 year old system and provided specifications on his recommendations that were needed to extend the life of our A/C. He was on time, courteous and answered all questions. Love the Hero's option for military to help reduce cost and service. We have used this company for all our HVAC needs for 14 years.

I received service from Aron 2/7/2019 and I was very impressed with his service. He researched the problem and discussed solutions with me. Once we decided what actions were needed Aron completed the work quickly and informed me of this fact. He said that if that didn't fix the problem to call him. The next morning I received a call from Aron to see if the heater was working and that the problem was fixed. I have never received a call the next day form a service person that was concerned that my problem was fixed. His follow-up made me really appreciate Aron's dedication to his customers and this impressed me. I will be using Aron as my goto serviceman when I need AC/Heating service again.
I will request for Aron to be the serviceman for the job.

On June 21st, 2016 this company installed a roof mounted HVAC unit at my residence that included a 5 year parts and labor warranty. On Tuesday, September 4th 2018, a renter at my residence reported a leak from the unit into the residence during heavy rain. Prescott Valley Heating and Cooling was called to troubleshoot the problem. Nothing conclusive was determined at this time. On Wednesday, September 12th, I had a mold specialist check for water damage in the ceiling due to the leak. Nothing was found, but I paid $100 for the service. On the same day, an employee of Pitzer came out to determine the cause of the leak, charged me $89, and assigned blame to a faulty roofing job. Finally on October 2nd, another Pitzer employee came out during a downpour where the unit was once again leaking into the residence, and he installed wet patch between the curb and the roof. The problem has not occurred since this time. At this time pictures were taken by the Pitzer employee and myself, proving beyond doubt that the leak was occurring at the base of the curb. This was not a roof leak, but a curb leak. I have since talked to an HVAC professional who is willing to install a new curb at a cost of $750.

When Tommy came out, first thing he did was to check our A/C Unit thoroughly.
We thought we had a problem & he verified that with pictures take during his inspection.
Upon talking about the problem & the expense involved we decided to replace our nearly
10 year old unit so he called in Ethan. Ethan also inspected & came to the same conclusion
that we would be better off to replace the unit we had because of the age & condition it was
in. They set up a next day install for our new unit. Way to go guys!

We were very happy with this company and the technician, Stephen. He was so knowledgeable and took extra steps to ensure our system was working properly. He was prompt and professional in all aspects from diagnostics to repair. The part we needed came in 2 days and was installed immediately. This company also takes the extra step to provide veterans and first responders a discount. We live in a remote area and we were happy to find out the bill was not inflated because of that, most companies aren't so generous. We are going to refer this company to our neighbors.
