has been no contact from the customer. The customer will remain responsible for service while the account remains active. Once access is provided and the meter is locked the account will inactivate, and the customer will receive a final bill, which will include the company's tariff charge for the shut off and lock of the meter.Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
