Dear [redacted],
In the month and a half our sales representative negotiated with [redacted], she wasn’t told she needed to be talking with [redacted]. When the new equipment was installed [redacted] didn’t call to ask why they received it. We also didn’t receive a call asking why the invoice amount decreased. It is a legal contract. I have attached a copy of the lease.
We will honor the offer that was made to [redacted] on 09/09/15 to restructure the lease and reduce the payment 25% or the 2 offers that Richard O[redacted] made.

Dear [redacted]
I am in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted]. The client [redacted] wanted to cancel the lease without penalty claiming unauthorized signature because it was not approved by the board They are also not using the equipment and fell as though they have been over charged.
I spoke with [redacted] advising lease is valid and the reduced settlement would be $700 because they have been long time customers, I also gave the option of doing a customer sat discount and reducing the future payments to $150. [redacted] stated they would only be willing to pay $550 to settle the lease. I will check with [redacted] to see if we can settle at that amount, I will get with [redacted] Monday 11/3/14 with resolution

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They trick you into binding leasing contracts. It's impossible to contact a real person in the leasing department by phone or email. Worst customer service ever. They think because they are an old company, they can be aloof and insulate themselves from their customers. Scammers and crooks.

I have been trying to cancel my service with this company for 3 months and they are still charging me fees and never do what they say they will do to help me. I have called 5 times now and each time there is a minimum 30-minute wait to speak to someone and when I do reach someone they lie and tell me they will help me close my account but they do not. I feel that this company is scamming me and I do not understand how they have a good Revdex.com rating.

She will not have to pay the current outstanding leasing invoice of $362.00
I left gave her my number ###-###-#### to reach me directly should she have any questions or would like to keep the lease in place.

[redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], I am in receipt of Revdex.com...
[redacted]. The client signed a new agreement with Pitney Bowes and wanted to know why they were being billed at the old rate. After researching, the client did sign the agreement on 05/26/2016 to take effect when the previous lease had ended. The new rate does not go into effect the date it is signed, but when the new lease takes effect. The client was billed the incorrect amount for the October billing. We had corrected the billing and sent a new invoice to the customer for the correct amount. The client created case number 06883023 on 07/26/2016 stating she was billed at the old rate. Per customer satisfaction, we will be waiving $24.00 per invoice for a total of $48.00. The difference between the old rate and the new rate dating back to when the customer signed the agreement. 120.00-96=$24.00 at two invoices is a total of $48.00. We are also waiving a late fee of $33.64. The total amount Pitney Bowes is waiving is $81.64. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. RE: Revdex.com [redacted]
Dear [redacted]
This is in response to [redacted] Revdex.com rebuttal.
As mentioned in our previous response, [redacted] is in an active lease which covers the period from June 1, 2013 to Dec 1, 2018. Pitney Bowes leases are non-cancellable as stated in the terms and conditions of all leases.
For this reason, Pitney Bowes offers several options on active leases including Restructures, Purchase Buyout, and Assignment of Ownership. Settlements are offered in situations where it is necessary for a company to pay-off the contract and return equipment earlier then the term of the agreement.
A balance of payment invoice #[redacted] was issued July 10, 2014 totaling $6,908.68. Our collection agent tried to reach the client to negotiate a settlement but was unsuccessful. Pitney Bowes will be happy to negotiate a reasonable settlement however; we must speak with Ms. Prestera.
Once the final payment is received, the Customer Loyalty Team will arrange to pick up the equipment and terminate the lease. Any funds remaining in the meter will be refunded within 6-8 weeks of receipt of equipment.
As previously mentioned, Pitney Bowes will be happy to negotiate a settlement offer. [redacted] (Sr. collection representative) will contact you today to negotiate a reasonable settlement offer. He can be reached at: [redacted] [redacted]
I will be out of the office Friday returning on Tuesday October 14 should you need to speak with me.
Respectfully Yours,

RE: Revdex.com [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
I am in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted]. The client [redacted] wanted a refund of all monies paid to Pitney Bowes since they were unaware of any contractual commitment and stated they never used the meter.
I called the phone number on record twice, ###-###-####. The phone kept ringing so I was unable to leave any message for [redacted]. The rental agreement began after the free trial from 8/16/2012 to 10/15/2012. During the free trial the customer added postage to the meter twice, both on 8/20/2012. After the free trial, and during the one year commitment, the customer added $20 of postage on 11/16/2012, twice on 12/11/2012, and 12/17/2012.
The customer called in to cancel on 1/21/2013 which was during the 1 year commitment, 10/16/2012-10/15/2013. To cancel the rental at this time, the customer would have been responsible for the remaining rental payments to fulfill the 12 month commitment plus a $50 restocking fee per the terms and conditions. This would have been approximately $250. During this call the Pitney Bowes agent extended $100 in free non-refundable postage and reduced the monthly rental cost. The notes state the cancellation was due to the amount of postage usage not justifying the cost of the equipment. On 2/25/2013, $20 of the free non-refundable postage was added to the meter.
The customer will receive a box and about 7-10 days after the cancellation which occurred on 12/15/2014. The customer will not receive a cancellation e-mail.
Respectfully yours,
