If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I placed an order on April 22nd. Today is May 13th, 21 days later, and my order has STILL not been shipped. I received an email on Monday, May 11th stating my order had been shipped. This is NOT the case. They simply printed a label and the order is still sitting in their warehouse as the label still (2 days later) has NOT been scanned by USPS. I have emailed them numerous times and all I get is the standard "thank you for your patience" response. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!! I wish there was a way to let the people on their *** page know how horrible their customer service is but they won't approve anything that is posted on their page!!

At first I thought they were a little slow but then I realized their laser etching things so it takes a minute so actually I've been getting pretty decent stuff from them for like the last month so A++

I absolutely love my cups.. but...
My 1st order they got a cup wrong... it then took them over 3 weeks to fix it
My 2nd order wont arrive till saturday may 9th. I place the order April 17. They did not send any updates on shipping. No tracking number until you contact them. This has to be the most frustrating part. I get during the pandemic shipping will be delayed... but it would be nice to get an email b4 hand

not Very happy with product heavy 100 percent cotton shirt but more for a man I ordered a 2x and it was Hugh much bigger than a girls 2x. Had to take scissors to it. Just to make it look good . When got the order black was on the shirt from the lettering.

This is my first time writing a review, lt alone what I'm about to say. First off,, her promo codes never worked for me,, & TRUST me when I say I tried everything! Idk how many email I sent,, probably about 10-not a single response. The little 10$ credit one the, & this really hit home,, it's on the May "Mental Awareness" part. So, I picked out actually 3 tanks that I was so excited about. Go to check out,, I hadn't spent enough $ yet! Uninstalled her app,, and besides ***, never been disgusted with a business. EVER!
This business did not ship my order till I made an inquirer if my order had been shipped and provided them with proof of my purchase . They had no idea I placed an order till I contacted them 10 days later. And then only shipped it when I provided proof of my purchase. This business is yet another internet scam business they hope people make impulse purchase and forget or don't follow up on their purchases they have made .
10 days out and they just shipped it today after I sent them proof of my purchase .
I ordered a tumbler from Piper Lou and ended up changing my mind. The returns page on their website did not work, so I ended up having to email their customer service since no one answered the phone. I was given directions on how to complete the return, which involved me sending a tracking number for the package. I was told they would complete the refund upon them receiving the package. The package has been sitting at the returns warehouse for TWO WEEKS and despite me sending further emails to inquire on the status, none of the people seem willing to help - they'd rather just brush it off with a generic "give it some time" and an offer to check in with the fulfillment team, which was never done. This has been such a terrible experience that I will never shop here again and I'll happily tell others to avoid Piper Lou as well.

AWFUL service! I ordered 2 things - tank top and hat - with Paws for Australia emblem, liking the fact they donate to the cause. I still have not received the correct hat! TEN emails and almost 4 weeks later, they keep thanking me for my patience, but I still don't have the hat I ordered. Tank top is cute but hat is weeks late for my dad's birthday. Sooooo unsatisfied with this company!

I have ordered from here several times and while some items have taken a bit longer on shipping, what you have to remember is they are doing these as custom orders. They don't have them sitting on shelfs most the time and I can only assume they receive 100's of orders a day. The tumblers I have received are all amazing. The shirts are soft and the designs on them don't wash off or crack. I would recommend getting a size larger than needed (just my opinion). Some of the funniest sayings around and they will do custom ones! I have also ordered wine tumblers every year for my kids teachers and they ALWAYS love them!
Love that I can order items with sarcasm, cuss words or "nice" sayings. Something for everybody. Customer service, A+

I've ordered at least 5 times from Piper Lou and have received my orders in a timely manner. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Love the option to personalize. Looking forward to ordering this years round of summer fun cups!
