While I have had an issue with an order, customer service was wonderful & quickly resolved the issue. The products are of exceptional value & they have so many deals on a regular basis on top of many products that donate 100% of proceeds to various charities. The cups I received are awesome. Coffee stays hot. I've stays cold. I always get just what I ordered Everytime.

I LOVE Piper Lou! The cups are amazing. They keep my coffee hot for well over 2 hours, and the ice is still there from yesterday.
Shipping has been a little slow, but that's expected with the COVID regulations right now. Before all this, it was 7-12 days before my order was on my front porch.
I have had 2 orders that did not come as ordered, but I emailed the company, not Facebook messaged, and both instances were handled in a timely manner. All you need to do is reach out appropriately.
This company has been great and I will continue to order more from them.

I am really pleasantly surprised with not only the products from Piper Lou, but their staff and customer service as well. My customized order was absolutely perfect and what I wanted it to be. They were communicative when I had questions. Their *** page is another great resource that they monitor often. During the current state of affairs in our country, as well as a significant influx of orders, they are experiencing some delays in shipping -but then again so is nearly everyone. I appreciate their transparency in regard to this during this time. I recommend this business.

I've never seen a company who didn't charge for custom orders and that's what this company does best. No extra charge gets me basically whatever I want custom etched on a cup and in super fast time. Their customer service is outstanding they are so honest. The highest of quality merchandise for CHEAP. 100% a loyal customer lifelong customer.

Have placed 3 orders. The first one was slow arriving, but was very satisfied with the quality once it finally came. The second order was a special order set of coffee cups and they were exactly what I ordered and arrived quicker than expected. The third order was a mix of special order and a pre-made design cup. Both were exactly what I ordered and delivery was quick! I'll be ordering again.

I followed up on 1 of 4 orders and it shipped THAT day and my other 2 shipped the next....great quality products...I have tumblers and tank tops...I can't say enough on the level of professionalism that Piper Lou Collection embodies.
