different "scams." Hello,
I just wanted to share my personal experience with Pinecone. They are, bar none, the ONLY survey site that has truly been worth my time. And have tried pretty much all of them. I remember years ago when I signed up for the first time. You had to be very savvy with a search engine (no [redacted]com!) to find a link to join their panels.
Nowadays it's not as difficult, and they pay a minimum of 3 dollars a survey, and I've never taken one that took more than 15 minutes. They actually allow you to cash out at 3 dollars, whereas with other market research companies you have to accrue $40 or more to cash out. Some of the shadier ones? They suddenly stop sending you surveys when you get close to the mark.I don't like the fact that they have such a low score, I have cashed out 93 bucks this year alone. On top of that, their projects are actually stimulating, and often fun. Not monotonous, nor painful.
They are more exclusive, they don't accept just anyone automatically and bombard you with surveys, but when you get an offer, you can rest assured it's worth your time.

First of all, I never gotten an email from said company saying they are trying to resolve the matter and that's over 24 hours since this update. Additonally, I can log in but I haven't gotten any surveys from the company for over 3 weeks, leading me to being blacklisted from the company. Thirdly, my past info on surveys taken have been wiped clean, suggesting that I'm being banned again from the company. Fourth, no offers to give me 1200 points as a sorry for me missing surveys over the above mention time period. Conversely I have two other survey panels that offered points when a survey went over the alloted time period or if it malfunctioned after wasting an x amoount time. Until the company can give me email surveys I'll close this case.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received an email from the company stating that there policy is "Reward points earned will be valid until there is no earning activity for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months and will expire at the end of that twelve-month period.
I responded with:
Yes, I understand, The last survey I completed was on Nov 4 where I emailed you to let you know that the survey switched to French and I was unable to complete it.
I did not receive any more surveys from you after that point.
This is unfair practice. I could understand if you sent me surveys and I did not complete them however that is not the case.
Perhaps this is a tactic to ensure people do not cash in??

I did nothing wrong to be removed from this panel.I always answered questions openly and honestly plus I did this as soon as I received the email to do so.
I am not the only one they have done this to as I have heard from others who had the same thing happen to them for absolutely no reason. They did not have the nerve to contact me and inform me I was being removed from the panel and this shows that they knew they were doing wrong. It states on there that after a year of inactivity they will close your account and they are hoping that me and others would not notice this where they can keep the money we earned.
I have gotten two of my checks, but I will not be happy until my account is reopened. It took me too long to finally get invited to this panel and I am not pleased with how they threw me out like I was garbage when I worked very hard for them.
