Business refuses to remove my email from the marketing company. They refuse to tell me how they got my email for their marketing.
They willfully refuse to satisfy my request to not target me for marketing and/or advertising.
Immediately cease contact after providing the list of marketing companies they are funding that continue to violate federal regulations.

I Purchased their omega product and found out that I can use it.
I called to get a refund and was supposedly emailed that I had a certain amount of days to return the product. I was told that I misunderstood their email and the I was supposed to send the product back. I thought they said to keep it. Anyway I still have their used product and asked if I could still be returned and they said no its too late. So i'm out of $179 for some garbage I cannot use. make no mistake they want you to make one so they can keep your money.

Sirs, I received an email from them dated around 8/21. They tell me I was my fault that I did not return the items within the due date. As I said to them and you I was misinformed about keeping the product. When I last spoke to them they said it was too late and I would just have to take the lost. sad because they knew I still have their unused product and could have returned it. but they seem to want the money period! Thank you for your help I now know NEVER to even look at their name again.
Product is expensive and I haven't seen the results they rave about.
I ordered product last fall (2018) and there was a deceptively hidden opt-out I should have checked to prevent them from sending and billing me for auto-pay orders. I received a notice in May 2019 that they were sending me an order, I didn't want. I called them and they said I should have opted-out in my original order more than 6 moths ago. This is deceptive as they are hoping you don't remember what you ordered more than 6 months ago. And I have no copy of that original order to verify I didn't opt-out.. I complained enough that they said they would remove the auto-pay from my account and they would send me information on how to return this unwanted product and would refund my money. It's been a week since I called and the product was delivered today. I still have not received any info on returning the stuff and checked my credit card and there has been NO REFUND. I told my credit card company that I want to challenge that charge.
A return of around $179 for an order I did not want.

I was sent pills to an address where I no longer live and charged $179.64 to my creidt card. I have never ordered anything from this company.
I received an email from the people who purchased my home in Chicago in December 2018. They said I received a large order of pills from Physiotru in the mail. I received my credit card billing statement that says I was charged $179.64 on March 21, 2019. I did not place an order and I do not know how this company received my credit card information.
I want a full refund for the charge to my credit card.
Physiotru debited my account without my permission and now they do not answer the phone. Only an answer machine and a promise to call back
I had ordered this product to try and had no intentions of re ordering, but they debited my account 6 months later and now I have to cancel my card. They do not answer the phone when you call. Only an answer machine!
I want them to refund my money and halt the shipment. They should also stop their deceptive practices

It seems my haste to report was unearned by physiotru. I was upset because I was not aware of the fact they had put me on an automatic shipment. And when they did not answer the phone I checked with the Revdex.com and saw a similar post. That is why I went ahead with the complaint.
Physiotru did call me back later that day but said I had to wait until the shipment arrived , and then send it back, before a refund would be processed.
I called them as soon as it arrived and they were very helpful and immediately issued a refund, which posted the next day even before they had received the product.So it seems that my assumption that this was a shady company was unwarranted.
If you can post this email on my complaint as a resolution you have my permission. Otherwise let me know how and I will do so.

The phone number was an advertisement. No one ever answered the phone.
No active phone number or email to cancel shipments
I received an email on 1.9.19 at 11:02pm that my next ship was on its way. I tried to reach the company on 1.10.2019 at 8:00am to cancel this shipment(order # XXXXXX) and all future ships but the phone number and email address were not active.
I want this order cancelled and credited along with all other future orders cancelled.
I was finally able to contact this company and they corrected my issue to my satisfaction.
My refund request is being denied for 7 unopened bottles of supplement that I said I would return to company as the product makes me nauseous.
I am 75 yrs old and purchased 8 bottles of omega supplements from Physio Tru in Tampa Fl on 9/3/18 in the amount of $179.64, order #***. This product makes me nauseous and a cancellation of future orders and refund was requested 12/27/18. I could not request refund within 60 day period as I was not at home but in another state caring for an ill family member. I also offered to return unopened bottles to company.

I have unsubscribed my email address several times from this website, and they have confirmed my email is in their system. Howeit has not stopped
I've unsubscribed from their website. They've acknowledged my email is in their system and asked that I forward the unwanted message in so they can investigate, however they continue to send unwanted information to me. I'm not interested I want the emails to stop

I can't reach them to cancel automatic shipments of their product.
It's impossible to reach this company by any means. I ordered their Physio Omega and have tried to reach them by phone and email, but nothing ever goes through. I cannot participate in automatic orders because I'm self-employed, and my income varies. I expect to receive another shipment from them any day now, and it must be stopped! My order was placed on 11/1/2018, and the order number is XXXXXX. I simply want to cancel any automatic shipment that they may have set up for me. No company should be allowed to do business in this manner!

October 11, 2018 @ 9:55am - "ARE YOU IGNORING THESE 4 HEART ATTACK WARNING SIGNS?" is the email subject I received. Contains image link to a non-norton safeweb site. Unsubscribe link at bottom of email proves to be fruitless in actually reaching a website to enter email address in to be removed from spam list.
I strongly request that my email address and any other personal information of mine they may have be permanently deleted from their records, and retracted from any of their affiliates, and 3rd parties involved. I also request, that any further emailing from this company in regards to unsolicited spam should result in HEAVY HEAVY fines, closure of the business, and even JAIL TIME if these events and others keep having the same shared experience. Companies like these are destroying good marketing efforts, that legitimate companies put efforts into reaching out to the public through correct channels and subscriptions. 2018 - EMAIL SPAMMING has taken too much of a foothold for far too *** long. TIME FOR IMMEDIATE CHANGES!!!!
Unsolicited SPAM email to me regarding heart attack issues and prevention. No return email address.
There is an address at the bottom of the email. This is how I located the business. I have not asked to be on PhysioTru's mailing list and hesitated to use the "unsubscribe" link for fear of malware issues. Like the other three complainants, I strongly object to being spammed by this business.

This company has been sending me unsolicited junk email. Attempts to be removed from their database have not been successful.
The most recent instance of junk email from this company was on 08/24/18 at 12:40 PM Central time. The email came with the subject of "4 Foods Dangerous to Women Over 37 Years Old". The body of the message contained an image with text and what looked like a video box. The image links http://ywlbl7i.disfohe.com/r/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/1708/hy78D67/a/JXKDjqF. A second image lists the mailing address in Tampa and a link to unsubscribe. There is no mention of the company name.
To be removed from their email database and an explanation as to how I was subscribed in the first place.

This company, which I've no knowledge of, has been bombarding me with junk e-mail adverting their health products. I've asked to be taken off their list via their 'unsubscribe' button, but this hasn't worked. Still getting their spam.

This company refuses to stop flooding my email account with their marketing *** of fake products.
This company is in 100% willful violation of US can spam laws. They are sending marketing emails to me that I have not opt-ed in to receive in any way. I called them to demand they stop and they promptly hung up on me. They or their 3rd parties are using purchased or data mined email list to mass spam accounts. I have tried repeatedly to get this company to stop. They are using 3rd parties to mass spam email accounts on their behalf making it very hard to get them to stop.
I demand this company cease and desist from ever emailing me again for any purpose. This demand includes emails directly from them their partner's, affiliate's, customers or anyone else that they would share my email with.
