Physiotru.com charged my credit card $518.44 two days after they said they would not.
On 9-23-20 my wife attempted to make a purchase on this website. She entered her card info several times but each the sale was not completed. At 3:44 that afternoon I got a text from my card provider advising that twice a charge for 518.44 had been declined by them. I called the bank and advised them the charges were not legitimate. The bank told me to call Phsiotru and tell them not to try and charge the card again and I did so. The person I spoke with informed me that the reason for the amount of the charge was that my wife must have left some boxes on the form checked that she should have unchecked. I told her in emphatically not to charge the card again. She said that could not happen because their system did not retain the card info. On Monday the 28th I went online and checked on my card account and saw that Physiotru had put through the transaction on Friday the 25th for the $518.44. I called the card provider and put the transaction into dispute and called Phsiotru again. This time the woman claimed that my wife had done the transaction a second time on Wednesday and that went through . I told her the text from the bank disproved that and that I wanted them to immediately credit back my account. She said that she could not dothat and that her boss had to handle refunds. I said transfer me to your boss and she replied I can't do that and asked for my e-mail address as that would be how I would be contacted. 24 hours later I have not gotten an e-mail from them.
What can you do about this company's business practices?
I want my credit card refunded the $518.44 ASAP,like today!

I ordered this on purpose after reviewing their online pitch. I ordered 8 bottles for the $179 and feel I got what I paid for. Near the end of 8 months I received an email telling me a refill order would be shipped shortly and to let them know if that was not okay. I am perfectly happy with this product (PHYSIO OMEGA) and if this manner of business continues I will renew product orders.
Please read the reviews. My husband did not and ordered in good faith. I have two pages of documentation detailing the approximately 12 CALLS I made to try and understand the mess that was created by a good faith purchase.
Started calling on 4-8-2020 and experienced UNANSWERED CALLS UNTIL 4-28-20. When I finally spoke with Eve, or Eva, she was so convincing that I wondered if my husband had made a mistake. As I hadn't placed the order, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and had my husband detail, once again, the steps he took to order 2 bottles. I don't know exactly what happened, but looking at the web site, it is intentionally misleading.
My husband is extremely calm, capable and intelligent. He had no reason at all to lie about this, and had NO idea why he was billed $179.00 for 8 bottles he did not ask for. But, the representative had been so insistent that he was wrong....I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Knowing my husband is incredibly calm, I was surprised at how irritated he was at her response.
Looking back at how I was treated, I now understand why he was so irritated to be accused of not knowing what he was doing.
Called back with his confirmation that he did NOT want or intend to buy $179.00 worth of product that he had never used- he wanted a TRIAL portion.
Tried many times over more than three weeks to reach someone- no answer. Finally, on 4-28-20 I reached an agent to confirm to the company that my husband did NOT want the products and asked for a return label so we would know where to return the product.
This was another tortuous process. Two days elapsed and no return information. This went on AGAIN after I finally reached someone. She told me to be sure and check spam mail. OMG!! We had taken about 50 minutes thoroughly checking emails. NOTHING!!
At the end of what I could handle, I made a last call to practically beg for the shipping label. I was very, very clear that if there was return shipping information, I would file fraud charges.
Still- NO LABEL- NO RESPONSE.
Read and BELIEVE the reviews. This company will scam where they can, with no remorse.

Bloodsucking b@st@rds! I am so sick of being scammed and the lies and the snake oil sales people. The stars are just as convincing and they are guilty of the same. Now I NEVER order anything without going immediately to customer reviews! I'm sorry for your problems with these people and companies.
This company billed my card for $254.23AUD despite me never placing an order through their website. Investigaiton has been initated.

Attempts to call their phone number have been left unanswered.
An investigation has been initiated with my bank, and local law enforcement will be contacted if PhysioTru fail to respond, or fail to refund the amount taken.

The credit card transaction has now been reversed by my bank. This dispute can be closed.
I purchased this product in haste. I've asked for a refund and have seen nothing. I wonder where all those "EXCELLENT" ratings are coming from???
I am still waiting on an answer to get a refund back and cancel my account with them. They do not answer back.
Received the product yesterday, may 15th. The ingredients listed on bottle I looked more into and I cannot take any of it due to being on heart meds, thyroid meds, anxiety and depression meds, etc. So I emailed them to cancel my membership and get a refund etc. I haven't heard back from them. I need to know how to return them, get a return label as well.

Telephoned PhysioTru. Rep said they would send a return shipping label. they did not do so. Why would I authorize another shipment without trying product? I have cancelled the credit card used after meeting with our Credit Union. Also have contacted Visa dispute center. We are seniors (87 & 90) and can not afford to pay retail price for return shipping. Please help with refund if possible. $179.64. Thank you.
Contacted PhysioTru 11:30 am 1/18/20 by phone to explain we had not ordered any refills. Was promised a return label which was not forthcoming. I have cancelled the credit card used after consulting with our bank. Also contacted Visa Dispute & will inform FTC and AARP fraud alert departments. Thank you for any help you can give.
I was told in 6/19 or 7/19 that my subscription was cancelled, but I've received another shipment. Want refund. Can't get response from CS.
6/19/19 I was shipped ***-XXX XX Physio Omega Big Bottles, order #XXXXXX. After they arrived, I took some, and they made me sick, so I called CS (customer service) and asked how to return the bottles, cancel my subscription for refills, and get a refund. I was told they didn't want me to return the product, my subscription was cancelled, and they did issue a refund. In early Feb. 2020, I received more bottles and was charged $179.34 on my credit card. I emailed CS but got no response and tried to phone CS but got no answer, so I left a VM, but they have not called back. I can't get through to CS on the phone. I want a refund, and I want PhysioTru to stop sending me shipments, remove my name and credit card info. from their database, and stop giving my info. to other marketers.

Thank you for letting me know. On the same day I filed the complaint (and let PhysioTru know I had filed the complaint), they emailed me and denied what I said, claiming I misremembered what happened and that they would never do what I said, but I have proof they did. I had also filed a dispute of the charge to my credit card through my American Express. American Express did not honor their charge to my account, and they have not heard further from PhysioTru either. I returned the recent shipment in dispute, and so far, they have not charged me the "refusal fee". I'm glad I had the power of their fear of Revdex.com to get their attention and to get the refund. Physio tru had made a unautherized transaction with out my knowledge or contacting me

On April 19, 2019 I bought and received 12 bottles of Phyio Flora CP that were manufactured April of 2018. I learned this morning that the bottles I received have a shelf life of 24 months and 12-13 months had already passed by the time I was sent the product, so now I have bottles that will need to be thrown away. The company informed me that there is nothing they can do for me. What I wanted was for them to replace the bottles I have that are about to expire with bottles that were manufactured more recently.
I am recovering from health issues that prevented me from taking the pills, but now that I can actually take them, they are about to expire because they sent me bottles that had already passed more than 50% of their shelf life.
I would like replacement of bottles that were manufactured when I bought them in 2019, i.e., that would have a shelf life into the year 2021.
Sending mass emails under bogus company names from same physical address. No success of being removed from email distributions after several attempts.
My email is attached to other emails which are sent to my inbox. I noticed that this address is attached to other bogus company names. Clicking the unsubscribe button is not working. The email name in my inbox is not mine. When I tap the details my email appears with other email addresses. When I searched physical address and clicked on the business " Healthy Heart Tricks" just one of the many bogus company names, My WEBROOT security software blocked this site stating it was high risk. Suspicious phishing site.
To have the people involved in this phishing scam removed from the internet. Or convicted of victimizing innocent folks.
Auto charge to my checking account
This morning I opened my checking account online to discover an automatic deduction for $120.60. I have not authorized Physiotru to take this money and I have not ordered any product. I would like them to remove my email and stop deducting automatic payments.
I would like a refund from the company and no further contact or automatic refunds.
This issue was satisfactorily resolved.
Customer had contacted Revdex.com and the same day she contacted us 12/19/19. The order was voided the same day. 12/19/19. This email just confirms their case # was closed/ resolved.
I placed an order with physioTru and as soon as the items came I called and cancel any more orders. Now today I check my mail & what more.
I described it above. Not going to do it again.

They are getting email illegally from somewhere and then spamming using a bogus email address. If you go to their website and try to contact them they don't really exist or respond. This is a bogus health company making bogus claims sending out mass emailing scams.

Order # *** (can barely make it out on form!). Item # 612-PTSLRG-101, quanty-12 bottles, ship date 11/12/2019. Purchase date 11/10/2019? From my phone and their website. Charged to Discover card. When I tried to contact them, I found that the email have been deleted from my phone. I checked the trash for email, nothing. It was as if they had deleted it themselves. I had purposely left it in my emails in case I needed to contact them. I did NOT delete it!
Refund of money paid in amount of $200.00. And no more contact or shipping of any products.

Initial charge was to be $249.95 but I was charged $348.84. It was stated on their website for Physio Tru 100% money back guarentee.

I had ordered their Pysio Omega 15 bottles for $348.00 on 09/15/2019. They have the items shipped but I never even saw Fedex ship them on 9/20/2019.
Payment was with my Visa for $348.00. I never got the package.

Received an email that my "order" for product was shipped; I did not order anything.
I received an email minutes ago that my 'order' for PhysioTru product was shipped. But I did not order anything; I did months ago and still have some in freezer. I tried to email and call and no response to either - you end up waiting and then getting a dial tone on the call. I need help to have these folks stop sending something I did not order and charging my credit card.
I want to make sure my name and credit card are removed from their "automatic order send" program. If the product is really on its way, I will return but I need help in getting them to stop and then refund for this false order. This is very sneaky and wrong. I tried to email and call - no response on email and though the initial taped Customer Service voice says they are looking forward to talking with me, it goes to dial tone after about 30 seconds.
I returned product and they have issued the appropriate refund- thanks for your help
