Review: Aug **, 2014 I placed an order for (2) OtterBox Defender Phone Protectors for iphone 4c via the website [redacted]. On September *, I received an email from this business stating that the order status had been changed to shipped. A tracking number was provided. I checked the status via the tracking number several times, including TODAY, just prior to this complaint. The information is still the same. The company has notified the [redacted] that a shipment will occur but the [redacted] has not received this order. The tracking number is as follows: [redacted] Feel free to submit it to see if the status has changed. I have the email with the information and a copy with today's date showing that I checked the status today and the status has not changed at the time of this complaint.

I called the business on or about Sept [redacted] and inquired about the tracking information and the status of the order. I was told the business was updating their system and that I would receive the order the following Thursday Sept ** I think. Skeptically, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I did not receive the order on the [redacted], I again checked the tracking information. Nothing had changed. I called the business again. I was told that I would receive the order the next week. I requested a refund. After the runaround again, I told the man that if I did not receive a refund the next day, I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the credit card company. He told me that he had submitted a request for a refund and that I would see the refund on my card statement within 24-48 hours. It has now been 4 days. The tracking information status has not changed, I have not received the items, I have not received a refund or any other information from this business in an effort to resolve this matter. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: Full refund of credit card purchase plus interest OR a letter of apology and the items purchased at a reduced rate for the inconvenience and stress caused.

At this time, I have not been contacted by PhoneProtections regarding complaint ID [redacted]. However, they did issue a full refund. There has been no apology or acknowledgement that the complaint was filed. As far as I am concerned, this further corroborates their lackadaisical attitude towards their customers. It is a shame the complaint had to be filed. It is a bigger shame this business has ignored the complaint and has absolutely no regards for customer satisfaction.

Review: on sept=* I ordered $60.94 worth of items from this site. card was charged right away and got a tracking number. to this date 9/**/2014 the package has not been shipped. I have called several times with no answer. went t check their web site again and it has been removed. I have a confirmation number..Your order ID is #[redacted]. I was able to speak with someone 4 days ago and was told the items would be here any day. the person never got my name order number or any information from me. when I asked him how he knew what my order was with out the information . I was told it didn't matter there system was being updated so don't worry. I have tried to call back again with no answer. checked again still no web site for them.. where have they gone?Desired Settlement: I would like either a complete refund of my order or the products I ordered sent. I feel that is more then fair.
