I have not received their 10/30/17 response. Attached is the correspondence I have received: a statement dated 10/12/17 indicating a $0 balance, a statement dated 10/17/17 indicating a $0 balance, and a letter dated 10/21/17 threatening me with collection if I do not pay $349.54, stating we have not reached a satisfactory payment arrangement. There has been no discussion with them since I filed the complaint so I take issue with this letter threatening me with collection. I thought this wasn't supposed to be done if the matter was brought to the Revdex.com for review (at least until the complaint was resolved)?Other than this, I received an email from Stephanie B[redacted] on 9/23/17 asking for the best way/time to contact me and a second email from Ms. B[redacted] on 9/25/17 acknowledging my response to her and letting me know she'll look into the matter and contact me with any questions. Once I receive their 10/30/17 response, I'd be happy to address this again. I cannot agree that the matter is closed if I don't have the written response they claim to have sent in order to close the matter.

PNC bank credited me $150 of the charges which talked upto 6 months of disputed inappropriate charges as customer courtesy. PNC charged me fees for 10 months a total of $250. I agreed to forego 2 months and requested 8 months to be refunded however, the person who spoke to me explained he could not do more than 6 months.
