daughter came into our business on Feb 24,2017 asking about the the above Jeep, [redacted] gave him the price, answered his questions and offered for customer to take Jeep out on a test drive. Customer was told to keep it out for a few hours have it checked out whatever he wanted to do just be back before we closed at 6pm.
Customer came back after test driving the Jeep, he made an offer which we accepted as the paper work was being done Customer ask when the last oil change was [redacted] adviced customer to check and change oil as soon as possible so he could start with his own records. Customer said he understood and that made sense.
Customer was made aware that Jeep was sold AS-IS no Warranty of any kind. He signed all the paper work including AS-IS paper work.
About a week later customer called spoke to [redacted] and stated Jeep was having issues, customer told [redacted] then that the had the oil had been changed in the Jeep.
[redacted] explained again that vehicle was purchased AS-IS, he explained that no carlot would sell a vehicle for [redacted] with no warranty and then return customers money if something happened to it. Customer kept insisting so [redacted] finally told customer he would talk to his boss to see if there was anything we could do to help this was on a Friday. Customer called back on Sat around noon and [redacted] told him that it would be Monday before he could get an answer from his boss. Customer ask [redacted] to call him as soon as he found anything out. [redacted] appoligized again to customer and explained that if he had known anything was wrong with the Jeep he would have told them and sold them something else.
Monday Morning [redacted] went over the deal with his boss and his boss explained that there was nothing we would do. Vehicle was sold AS-IS we were not going to refund any money. [redacted] called customer and explained again that vehicle was sold AS-IS and there was nothing [redacted] could do.
Customer then advised [redacted] that he was going to put bad publicity on social media and take us to court.
We are sorry this happened but customer test drove vehicle and had a responsibility to have vehcile checked out before purchasing. We have been in business for almost 25 yrs and this has only happened a couple times. We try to do good business and care about our customers but also cannot warranty vehicles sold AS-IS.

Review: I made a purchase with perfumania on 11/**/2015. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/*, but it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted perfumania on 12/*/15 to see about my package, the customer service rep rudely told me that it was not there responsibility, so I contacted the shipping company. When I spoke with someone at the shipping company, they took full responsibility and the supervisor advised me to contact perfumania for a replacement package. I contacted perfumania several times and stayed on hold for more that 20 minutes but no one answered. I sent an email to them on 12/**/15 and they have yet to respond. I contacted the shipping company today to see what was going on they stated that they send perfume mania documents to fill out so that my money can be refunded but they have not sent them back yet. I want to know why it is taking so long for them to handle this matter. I am a frequent shopper both in store and online and I don't expect to be treated as though I'm not important. Please resolve this issue. It is now one week before Christmas and I won't have those gifts because I can't get my money back and one of the is sold out.Desired Settlement: I want the items I purchased to be replaced and sent to me by Christmas.

Ordered a gift set 3 weeks prior to Christmas with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Here it is almost a week after Christmas and nothing. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was informed they don't know what happened. The store had the record of the order, but didn't get around to sending it. Never called to update me, money was taken out of my account, couldn't ship the item because it was unavailable after Christmas, and all they could do was refund me. No compensation for screwing up my son's Christmas present, definitely made me feel like a great mom!

Smell does not last very long at all, I believe its more alcohol based. I will not purchase anything eles from this site

Review: My husband and I accidentally purchased the same order twice, but we immediately notified customer service to cancel one of the orders. We were told it was cancelled when they never did so we received both orders. We again called and notified them right away had to go through several agents when we finally got a return label. When they finally realized it was an error at there end. We returned the whole order they received it and we were told we should expect credit within 3 business days. Now for the past 2 weeks I have spoken over the phone and through email to several agents I completely lost count. Just saying that credit has been given and to call my credit card company since they are the one's holding the funds from me. So we called our credit card company and were told there is absolutely no credit coming in from perfumania, and they would never hold any credit coming in. I have been telling them I need those funds to buy my children Christmas gifts and obviously they are not caring.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and want a compensation for all the inconvenience they are making us go though.
