Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/03/15) */ Vehicle was sold Begley's Automotive Group Inc [redacted] In XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX 3/15/ Case # XXXXXXXX In regards to Jeep Vin# 1J8FT28W18DXXXXXX sold on 02/24/Case # XXXXXXXX Customer & his daughter came into our business on Feb 24,asking about the the above Jeep, [redacted] gave him the price, answered his questions and offered for customer to take Jeep out on a test driveCustomer was told to keep it out for a few hours have it checked out whatever he wanted to do just be back before we closed at 6pm Customer came back after test driving the Jeep, he made an offer which we accepted as the paper work was being done Customer ask when the last oil change was [redacted] adviced customer to check and change oil as soon as possible so he could start with his own recordsCustomer said he understood and that made sense Customer was made aware that Jeep was sold no Warranty of any kindHe signed all the paper work including paper work About a week later customer called spoke to [redacted] and stated Jeep was having issues, customer told [redacted] then that the had the oil had been changed in the Jeep [redacted] explained again that vehicle was purchased AS-IS, he explained that no carlot would sell a vehicle for [redacted] with no warranty and then return customers money if something happened to itCustomer kept insisting so [redacted] finally told customer he would talk to his boss to see if there was anything we could do to help this was on a FridayCustomer called back on Sat around noon and [redacted] told him that it would be Monday before he could get an answer from his bossCustomer ask [redacted] to call him as soon as he found anything out [redacted] appoligized again to customer and explained that if he had known anything was wrong with the Jeep he would have told them and sold them something else Monday Morning [redacted] went over the deal with his boss and his boss explained that there was nothing we would doVehicle was sold we were not going to refund any money [redacted] called customer and explained again that vehicle was sold and there was nothing [redacted] could do Customer then advised [redacted] that he was going to put bad publicity on social media and take us to court We are sorry this happened but customer test drove vehicle and had a responsibility to have vehcile checked out before purchasingWe have been in business for almost yrs and this has only happened a couple timesWe try to do good business and care about our customers but also cannot warranty vehicles sold AS-IS Sincerely [redacted] ________________

Unfortunately Perfumania is not being sincere.It is very clear that the company did not want to honor their own offerI had to put $in my credit card because the system did not allow me to continue without charging at least one cent to my card.Instead of providing an excellent customer service, the company prefers to fight with the customerSo my reply is:- No one ever answered my email when I said card was validWhoever received just ignored it.- The dispute is for $because that is the value of the product purchased.- The card ending in *** has been used online in several online shopping occasions, including: *** *** ***, ***, ***, ***, ***Only Perfumania seem to have this issue, which is not even an issue since that is the correct, real, physical address, and all that for just cent chargeAnyway, the card authorized Perfumania to proceed with the charge.- I'll do Perfumania a favor and say that the reality is that this deal was posted in some shopping portals, and Perfumania, instead of handling it properly, cancelled many orders and kept all user informationExactly what they did to me.- I created only one, personal, account to take advantage of the offer that was advertisedPerfumania got all my info, and a few days after the order was placed, decided to cancel the order.Perfumania's reputation online is very bad, and their reply to Revdex.com doesn't helpI'm surprised to see Perfumania don't even offer an alternative to this failed offer they had.Always good to know how Perfumania handle ordering issues.
