I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID
[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. No one from the company spoke to me since I
raised this dispute with you and I did not receive any refund so far. So I'm
not sure on what basis company declares that they paid the refund. * Has the
company addressed the issues of this dispute?
NO, I did not receive any communication from the
company
* If not, why?
Not sure, earlier they ignored me when I tried talking
to them before bringing it to your notice
* Has the company met the agreement they outlined
in their response?
NO
For your reference, please find attached copies of the following, initial and
modified documentation. Please note the difference (increase) in sale and cash
price of the vehicle. They had increased the price of the vehicle on next/2nd
day when I went to get the APR corrected to 2.49 that they promised initially.
They corrected the APR but at the same time increased the vehicle price from
agreed price ($10,500) to $10,800.

Ms. [redacted], I still have not received the extended warranty contract I paid $1,580 for.

The quote was for a specific model of accord not for a specific car.
There are different price ranges for the different model of Accord...from the LX model up to the Touring.
We didn't changed the price you changed model of Accord you picked...
out.We will and would have then honored our price on the model you selected for your quote.
Thanks, [redacted] GM
Please feel free to call me [redacted]

We feel that the due bill was altered. What we heard was that repairs over $500 would be the responsibility of Kings Honda. Repairs under $500 would be our responsibility but Kings Honda would inspect the brakes which was done.
I have also requested a copy of the extended warranty which we purchased and this has not been provided. I also requested an oil change sticker. The 35 point inspection reflected that the brake rotors were checked as were the engine oil level, window washer fluid, belts checked for tension and wear and tire conditions and appearance front/rear, and visual underbody for signs of damage. Invoice # [redacted] indicates that touch up work totaling $525.00 was done but we do not have any documentation to show what was actually touched up.
We should be able to rely upon the written documentation from Kings Honda. We also incurred a cost of $549.71 to [redacted] to replace the 02 sensor, replace the serpentine belt, repair the transmission leak on 12/20/14. Kings Honda should provide necessary follow-up service per their customer service pledge.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Bob was very friendly and quick to resolve this issue. His response is in line with my previous experience and expectations for Honda service. I thank him for resolving this issue. I was contacted by the service manager and still feel like he just did what he was told to do and will not be returning for service for the afformentioned reasons. I hope that the internal issues raised are taken care of and handled appropriately so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I would like to start by apologizing for the time and energy that Mr. [redacted] spent trying to purchase our...
car.
It was unfortunate that the car he drove here to get ended up not mechanically ready for purchase.
When Mr. [redacted] got here we found out that the car had a bad head gasket.
We apologized for the issues and offered to fix the car. This would have been much easier to take care of had Mr. [redacted] been local.
We would have gotten the rental taken care of had he been able to purchase.
I again would like to apologize for the trouble and offer a one day rental reimbursement in the amount of $34
Thanks, [redacted]

Here is a summary of my experience with this dealership with the actual email I sent to the dealer.
Hi [redacted],
Thanks for reaching out to me. This email went to my spam folder, or I would have responded sooner. My wife and I had a conversation while at the dealership and right after leaving. While the truth is we are still not 100% decided on which vehicle would be right for us, we have decided it won't be purchased from Kings Honda. The major reason for this decision is the price. We both felt the price sheet that was shown to us was intended to deceive us. The salesman brought over a worksheet that I would assume he got from the general manager or sales manager showing a breakdown of the price for us. Essentially the price of the vehicle was intentionally written to appear lower. A discount was applied and than the additional cost was added back in.
How can you quote a price lower than the sticker, add a discount and put the remainder of the sticker back in? from where I stand this is an unethical sales practice. It is intended to mislead the consumer and take advantage of a weaker mind. I am not telling you this for any other reason as it really upset me to see that the dealership works that way. I will also let you know I already have shared my experience with coworkers and will continue to do so for some time to come. I will also send a letter to the Revdex.com to share my experience. with them.
My only intent in writing you and sharing my thoughts with coworkers and the Revdex.com is to solely keep a predator of a dealership from taking advantage of the public with slight of hand and misleading sales practices that give honest people and dealerships a bad name.
Also please thank [redacted] for his time and showing us the vehicles. He was knowledgeable of both vehicles and eager to show us the vehicles we wanted.
Thanks [redacted].
Mr. [redacted]
If you will give me a call at [redacted] I will take care of your $300 refund.
Thanks, [redacted] GM
I spoke to Mr. [redacted] several times.
We sent out a check that he hasn't received yet.
I told him I would stop the check and reissue one today.
