We purchased this account from Vivint for [redacted] and [redacted]. Once the account has been paid, we will delete this account from the credit bureaus as if it was never there.

Perfection Collection purchased the account from ADT. We were NOT hired from ADT. ADT did NOT agree to terminate your contract. The only way to get out of the contract is to pay the months remaining on the contract times the monthly amount. We have not talked to [redacted] even once. We have assigned...

the account to a 3rd party. I'm not familiar whether or not SC allows wage garnishment. It's probable that all of the phone calls that have occurred with [redacted] were with the 3rd party. $900 to settle an account where almost $1800 is owed doesn't sound like a bad deal.

I am rejecting this response because: I called the company and spoke with someone named Brian who stated that Perfection still owned the account, stating the company did send the acount to another company that they happen to own. I requested they remove the entry with the credit burea due to the fact that I do not owe they any money and their continue fraudulent practices. I have spoken with my states Attorney Generals office regarding the matter with this companies practices they have a horrific track record and seem to work hand and hand with Vivint another fraudulent. I'm requesting a copy of the contract or bills, if they no longer have the account to please erase it from the credit burea. It very strange that the company Vivint has never listed the account with the credit burea.

Perfection Collection assigned the account to a company called ARS. If we called Kristine, it would have been from 801.921.7379, as this is the only number we have in operation. You are more than welcome to call us to discuss the account. We are open from 9-5 MST. ADT sold the account. Therefore they no longer on it. Attached is contract with your name and signatures.

You are more than welcome to send in the military orders and we will review them. I pulled the phone calls. We have not threatened you in anyway.
