are being violated hereThis creditor "Perfection Collections" put this on my credit report and only they can remove itIt has been deemed not mine with my Identity Theft Report from the FTC and police reportThe company has asked this to be pulled due to this issue, however credit will not remove it from my credit unless you inform them to do soI am going to file a complaint with the FTC since my rights under the FCRA Idenithy Theft rights are not being metI also will be handing this over to my lawyer if this is not taken care ofThe original collector cannot remove your report from the credit BureauOnly that company can ask for that to be removed.

We purchased this account from Vivint back in June of You signed a month agreement and only paid on it for a little more than a yearWe have the account placed with another company called ARS who handle all of our litigation servicesAttached is your contract

We do have a contract that holds you financially responsible for the debtWe are more than willing to provide it to you

We are either licensed in every state or we assign the account to another company that is licensed

I am rejecting this response because: Perfection Collection purchased this contract from Vivint, it is now their responsibility to prove it's validityThe contract that I was sent via email from Matt showed my signature for a month contract that began on 15-Jun-and was due to end on 15-Dec-No further contracts were signed and therefore I have no financial responsibility for this accountI am not at fault if Perfection Collection purchased a accountMy attorney is aware of this issue and if it is not resolved he will become involvedIf they can show proof of a signed contract beyond the date of 15-Dec-then I will obviously be liable for this account

We purchased your account from Vivint but assigned it to another company called ARSWe hire them for all of our legal workThe account has been in collections for almost yearsThey agreed to settle the account for only 50% of the balanceYou should feel lucky that they settled it for so cheap
If you have a problem with their tactics, you are more than welcome to reach out to them as they are their own entity

You signed a month agreement to pay a month plus any applicable taxes You paid on the account for only about monthsIf your system wasn't working, you could have called themThey're open hours a day and days a weekIf they can't fix it over the phone, they send a tech out to the home to fix it.This will stay on your credit unless you settle the account with us

We purchased this account from Vivint for [redacted] and [redacted]. We now own the debt. Once the debt has been paid, we will remove it from the credit bureaus and you will no longer have any association with the debt.

Your account was originally with a sub dealer of ADT called defenders. We now on the account. Defenders sold the account because it went delinquent. Attached is the docs related to your account.

I am rejecting this response because: we never in two years ever received any correspondence stating a balance was even owed to VIVINT. Had a bill been sent we would have paid it off. We cancelled the service in 2015 and never had any more contact with them, collection perfection or this other company ARS. Communication is key if debts are owed instead of two years down the road. I’ve also yet to receive a letter stating the debt was paid in full and this removed from my husband and mother in law credit report. Once I receive the physical letter in the mail I may then accept the business response.
