PDX Renovations saved the day! My Wife and I were under contract with another house buying company and it was a nightmare. They missed the closing date, didnt put up any ernest money, and would not call us back. So after 3 weeks of not hearing from them we decided to call pdx renovations. They immediately sent out a rep and that rep walked us through how to get us out of the contract with the other company. The process was simple as far as signing the contract. Joe and Brad tried to make the inspections as simple and quick as possible. Wish there had been a follow up call about the inspections outcome. Closing date wasnt able to be moved as easily as implied but they gave us plenty of time to vacate the property which was helpful.

I knew I would very likely have oil tank issues and was so relieved to know I could trust PDX Renovations to come up with a fair solution.
