The Battery was exchanged out for no additional cost and she was advised if she was having problems with the vehicle we would tow it to [redacted] or she could tow it to [redacted] and she would be responsible for any charges.
Mr. [redacted] did purchase a 2009 Dodge Charger on 8/1/2016 from Pay Later Auto. Knowing and buying a vehicle "AS IS" all of the buyers guides are in the windows and clearly marked "AS IS". There are no warranties with an "AS IS" purchase. Mr. [redacted] called 3 days later stating that the vehicle was...
overheating and antifreeze was pouring out of the vehicle. We towed the vehicle at no cost to him to a shop called All Type Auto. Mr. [redacted] was called and told that his vehicle was at All Type Auto and that he would be responsible for all repairs on the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] called me on 8/8/2016 and informed me that he was picking up the vehicle from All Type Auto and taking the vehicle to another place to have repaired.
Ms. [redacted]'s title has been here in our offices. Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle was repossessed for nonpayment. She states that she has paid all fees for which she has not which resulted in the repossession of the vehicle and also noncompliance for not having full insurance coverage on the car. ...
Ms. [redacted] is more than welcome to pick up her title after paying all of her fees and taking possession of the car again.
This complaint has been addressed and the customer has retrieved his vehicle.
The customer did call about the 2004 Dodge Magnum when it broke down. We did not refuse to take it back but referred the customer to All Type Auto repair shop. We do not have a shop or mechanic and that is why she was referred to All Type. If the customer has issues with the repair, the customer...
needs to call All Type regarding the repairs. We do not provide refunds. However, we can do a trade out.
This company came and picked up my vehicle for repairs, after a few days of not hearing from them I went to check on the repairs personally. This company is now saying they do not have my vehicle and don't know where it is.
She did come down and brought her credit card for a refund. We ran the card and she signed the receipt. Our system removes from our account immediately. If she has not received the refund she needs to contact her credit card company. We refunded to her $1500.
Mr. [redacted] vehicle was repossessed due to delinquency in the amount of $231. The payments are due the 9th of every month. The last payment which we received was on 9/30. Anytime that a customer is behind in payments, they are told of the past payment due and the late fees...

Also the same is stated in the Right of Repossession. Mr. [redacted] cannot make a payment to the repossessing company which is in violation of our Company Policy. Mr. [redacted] does have the right to have the car returned upon payment of $751 for the past due car payment and the repossession fees no later than 11/11/2016.

The customer's receipt states no refund. However, to accommodate the customer she purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger June 19, 2015 and placing her $500 deposit towards that vehicle.
The vehicle was purchased with no warranty. However, the customer can take it to All Type Auto Repair. We do not have mechanic or shop at our facility. Or the customer can trade into an other vehicle. These are a couple of options. We do purchase these cars from an auction and sell them AS IS. We do...
not offer refunds, but we are more than willing to work with you.
Customer did purchase a vehicle in February 2016. Ms. [redacted] had the car for six months until calling us and saying she could not get it registered due to problems with the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] was referred to All Type Auto where there she got her car fixed. Ms. [redacted] was informed that she was responsible...
for the repairs because all the cars are sold as-is. Ms. [redacted] signed the buyers guide stating the car was sold as-is. She called us a couple times in regards to trade outs. We did informed her that she would need a partial down payment if trading out. Ms. [redacted] also knows that her payments are due on the 8th of every month. Her payment was due on August 8th and was still responsible for making this payment at the time of due date along with her repairs she was responsible for. It is now September 6th and Ms. [redacted] has still not made her payment from August 8th. She did come to Pay Later on once occasion to retrieve her vehicle after repairs but All Type did not give a repair bill for her repairs. We were not going to return her vehicle to her until we had a repair bill to provide her. We did not get the repair bill yet because of All Type's business hours. We asked her to come back the next day so we would have it to give to her. The vehicle set for three days after repairs being done to the vehicle and the owner took it into repossession due to the fact she defaulted on the contract due to non payment. We do not discriminate against our customers or judge what their occupation is. She owes us $940.00 which is her repossession fee, repairs, payment and late fee. If we are such a bad company why would you want to purchase your daughter a vehicle at Pay Later? We do not do refunds. Ms. [redacted] was well informed of her contract and what was expected out of her as well as the terms of the contract. This goes for all of our clients, if you default on the contract, you will be repossessed.
Ms. [redacted] did purchase this 2003 Expedition. She was informed that the cars are sold AS IS and signed a buyer's guide that states this. We would never tell them that we will pay half, because that would void our warranty. The only way Ms. [redacted] would be repoed is if she owed past...
due balances or had a past due amount. We wouldn't have applied or charged her a fee if the car wasn't repossessed. The car would not be at our facility if we repoed it. She was having repairs and the car would be at All Time Auto, where we send our customers. All repairs are at the customer's cost.
