Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/08/17) */
Mr*** can give the vehicle back or he can trade it outThe cars are sold As Is, which was in his statementWe do not issue refundsWe are more than willing to work with him, and trade him out for a different vehicle if he would
like
The issue with Ms*** was never about making her payments. It was the fact that she is a Missouri resident and purchased the vehicle on 7/20/and she never registered the vehicle and it is still not registered. She never had full coverage insurance on the vehicle. This is
all the requirements on the contract she signed. Ferguson DMV contacted us and stated that she was being investigate for illegal temping on her car. That's why she was repossessed
Ms*** purchased Ford Fusion on June 23,Ms*** called in with her first payment July 24th, and at that time she informed us that she was having issues with her vehicleWe advised Ms*** we could tow the vehicle at no cost to her to All Type Auto, we also explained
that the vehicles are sold as is, and she would be responsible for all repair cost other than the towing we provided herMs*** then said she would be in touch with us, however we have not heard back from herShe still has the Ford Fusion
Ms*** said her payment was due on March 31stRecords indicate the payment was due on March 30thShe was repossessed on 3/31/for non-paymentShe also still has not brought in full coverage insurance which was required within days of purchase, this would have been by March 7thNothing
was ever stolen from her vehicleShe has already picked up her cash, cellphone and debit cards from the vehicleShe will have repossession charges and has until April 21st to pay those and redeem her vehicle
Miss *** was not picked up due to insurance informationShe was repossessed due to non-paymentThe last payment received to Pay Later Auto Sales was on 10/23/15.She was repossessed on 3/7/It was an out of state repoWe have to pay our feesThe fees we pay we charge her for out of state
repo: mileage, tow truck, tow driver, fuel, etcThe $she’s referring to is the account balance of what is left on the vehicleThat is not including her repossession fee for her out-of-state repo
Ms*** purchased a Cadillac CTS from us. The total down was $2,and she put $1,700. She knew, and signed the contract, that she would need to bring an additional $300. She knew there were no extensions on that payment and would be repossessed if there were no payments
by that date
Mr*** did purchase a Buick LaSabre. After purchasing the vehicle about hours later, he called and said that the car is broken down. We told him that we could have the car towed to All Type Auto to have repaired but he would be responsible for the cost of repairs. He
purchased the car "AS IS" and there is no warranty on any of the cars which we sell. He signed off on the paperwork at the time of sale acknowledging the "AS IS" purchase and what it entails. We have also instructed Mr*** that he must take his paperwork to the DMV to get temporary plates. We do not issue refunds on any of our cars

In her letter she states the salesman asked her which state she lived inWe ask all of our customers what state they live in to verify information, because sometimes we get Missouri people to give us an Illinois address in order not to pay for
taxes for the vehicleMiss *** had all Missouri information, but wanted to tell us she had an Illinois address and idAt that time we did take her info and she did buy a Ford F150, she put a $down paymentShe was told all the info will be filled out as Missouri, because all her information is from Missouri. She states we told her we do not sell to Illinois residents, which is not true, because we are an Illinois dealership
Miss *** found out that we could not put her in IL, she did want a refund of $2500, we do not do refunds and we informed her she needs to register her vehicle on Missouri side
Two days later, I received a letter from *** *** ,from *** *** Bank, that *** *** took one of our police release documents and tampered with it and wanted to know if this refund is legitimateThe document she tampered with involved her whiting out parts of the document, making copies to make it look legimate, and trying to show that our company owes her a refund of $2500, while still in possession of the vehicle

This issue has been resolved and she has her vehicle
The customer was repossessed due to default on $and $late fee in May, but was not repossessed until in June for a balance of $past due.The cusotmer called while being repossed and jumped on the tow truck while the vehicle was being towed and would not exit itThe police was called and
confirmed it was a legal repossessionDuring this time she told a secratery she would come to the office and shoot us because she was in law enforcementWe have pulled the contact and will not finance a customer that has threatened to place our lives in danger
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2016/02/01) */
The vehicles are sold as is, and she was aware of this with signing the buyers guideWe do not have a shop nor mechanic that can do repairsShe has her vehicle and this issue has been resolved
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/10/06) */

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/08/25) */
Ms***, the reason why she was repossessed was due to the fact that the account fell into delinquencyShe made a promise to pay date on the 14th of August and did not show up on the 14th so she was written up to be repossessed on the 15th
There is no grace period and this is stated in the contractWhen the consumer makes a promise to pay date, she needs to not break that dateThat is why she was repossessed
She said she would have to wait days before she got her belongings- that is not trueBy law, we hold the vehicle for days so at any point she can come with her key to get her belongings

To Whom It May Concern, I'm responding to Complaint ID # [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Impala on 12/28/16 with the agreement of 24 monthly payments at 250.00, Ms. [redacted] put 2000.00 down with the understanding that she would have to come back with 500.00 which makes...
the total down 2500.00. She agreed to the terms the first installment was due on 01/11/17 which Ms. [redacted] failed to pay and was repoed after closing hours of PayLater. I am sending a copy of the contract with this letter. There is a repo fee that must be paid and a past due balance of 250.00.
The customer purchased a 2003 Chevy Blazer February 25, 2017 and is contracted for 17 monthly payments of $250. There was an additional $300 down payment she agreed to provide 2 weeks after the purchase date, but failed to. She was advised of no extension of payments or the vehicle will be...
repossessed. She agreed to the terms, signed the contract and left with the vehicle. The vehicle was repossessed for non payment March 13th and she made a $300 payment the next day and got it back. She has not made a full payment since March 25th and therefore missed the April 25th payment and the vehicle was repossessed. Payments due and repossession fees came to $922. She has not paid $2400 into the vehicle and we do not issue refunds. Paylater suggest the customer make full scheduled payments on time.
