My insurance USAA makes business with enterpriseThe car was previously a rental from enterprise.I have documents showing the car was impounded 2/14/12.And then sold at auction.How convenient that my insurance can dig and find more information than the business that is selling cars that are not safe todrivelegal council has been obtained

Document (1) is the Carfax report which we pull on vehicles we intend to present for saleThe report you sent is dated 4-9-which would have been the date you purchased the vehicle from usIt shows the data collected on that vehicl that has been reported through that dateAnd appears to be the carfax report presented to you at time of purchaseAmong the pertinent data would be the fact that the vehicle had been damaged in an accident and it was sold to our company at auction on March 26, 2012.Document (2) is California DMV form #REG (Statement of Facts)This form shows we disclosed to you that the vehicle you were purchasing had sustained frame damage and or structural damage which was subsequently requiredAnd such damage and repair was disclosed to you, the buyer. I am rejecting this response because: If you notice on page and of 4, I was not presented either of those at signing, and rushed through and shown "look a clean record"Notice there is no signature on that page by me or my co-signer, but all the other pages have signatures I know from purchasing my most recent car, that they had me sign and date every page of the *** report, but this one fails to have my signature of of the pages shown in this response I was shown the first page, and the last page for signature Nothing else was shown to me Just pages Also, notice there is no signature on the statement of facts by me as well I was never presented any of those while there This information was added after the fact This is them illegally adding additional information without me being aware of the previous damage
