Clint is very personable, and he made time to do my 1,200 square foot shop even though they are usually accustomed to much larger jobs. I shopped around several roofing contractors before deciding to choose Patriot Roofing, and I'm glad I did. My new roof was immediately tested with the recent ice and rain, and it held up beautifully. Clint even came back out to double check everything just to reassure me all is well.

We are very satisfied with our roof! The work was done when it was scheduled to be done and there are/were no problems. Our contractor Steven was helpful in assisting us in the process.

Really enjoyed working with Steve and John. We had the worst insurance, yet they stuck with us and put the highest quality roof on our house with very little out of pocket expense for us.
The crew was very efficient. The old roof was off and the new roof on in two days!

The company is not reliable. They ignore phone calls, emails, any type of communication if they do not like what they hear. I contacted them for several weeks to discuss what the insurance company further needed from them, and they unexpectedly dropped us. They stopped any type of communication with us. I could not believe how they conduct business. They were a waste of time.

This company was great to work with from start to finish. From helping us choose color to the moment they pulled out. I was most impressed that there was NOT ONE piece of debri left in my yard!!!

Patriot Roofing replaced my roof less than a year ago. Once they received all the insurance money due to them, they were very hard to contact for issues that were incomplete, but eventually all the issues were complete (siding etc). It is less than 1 year since my roof was done and I noticed a small leak in the front hallway ceiling. I can see where the shingles were not extended enough to cover that area. I called [redacted] at the Patriot Roofing number in Lexington nearly two weeks ago. Deja vu - here we go again with the non-responses. I will call again - I am about to put my house on the market and I WANT THIS FIXED NOW! Bad way to do business, [redacted]! I will be calling until this is fixed. If you don't act responsibly, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com and write reviews more detailed reviews in other online venues. If I have to hire another roofer to do the job right, I will be taking this matter further.

I had a wood shake roof that had been leaking for years. I called josh [redacted] to come out and inspect the roof for the leak. He informed me of hail damage to my roof and walked me through the claim process. He met with my insurance company and got my entire roof covered due to hail damage. They re-decked my entire home and installed a beautiful laminate shingle on my roof. The build took a little over a day. The process was painless thanks to these guys. I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't even tell they had been here the day after the build. I know multiple people that have used this company and I have never heard one negative thing about them. I would highly recommend.

I had my roof completed by Patriot and am completely satisfied with the experience. Clint went out of his way to make sure I had not problems and corrected the few minor problems immediately.
