After dealing with another roofing company that wanted to charge my insurance company almost double the value of my roof, and waiting for almost two months while they haggled, I fired them and contacted PatriotPatriot worked seamlessly with my insuranceThey had materials at my home ready to install within days of signing the contractThey cleaned up well after the project was completeWhen I discovered an area of the roof that needed a little extra attention after the project, they came back as soon as the weather allowed and fixed everything without objection and without charging extraThey upgraded my roof vents for freeThey are GAF certified which adds an extra level of warranty to the jobThey were professional and trustworthy, and I would use them again without reservation

I do not recommend the companyPatriot Roofing is not reliableTheir submited estimate was poorly put together, and sent back to me by the insurance company for reviewUpon submition, Patriot Roofing company, the owner ***, ignored all communication with me and my husbandIt has been a month since I have not heard from themWe had to move on with someone elseI am still kind of shocked with their poor customer treatment

These guys did an excellent job on my roof from the inspection, to working with the insurance adjuster, to installation and clean up They stripped and installed my roof in a single day I would highly recommend them

We just had our roof replaced with this company and they did a great job Paul came by ahead of time to get things started and make sure everything would work out alright We had specific things with my dad's illness that they needed to work around They accomodated him and the job was great It has even rained since and we have no more leaks!!
