My experience was very favorable with Pathlight Property Management. If any issues did come up, they were on top of it and would send someone out to fix the problem ASAP.
We had trouble with changing our banking information on the Pathlight site. My check bounced because the system did not save my change. After much frustration I was able to contact someone at Pathlight and they assisted me and took off the restriction to have to pay with a money order. They said that they could see where the problem was and they were able to track my phone calls. Thank you thank you -S
They have been responsive, and quick to action when I have needed them. The Web portal makes payment easy, and I would recommend anyone with several properties consider their services!!
My air conditioner went out and they were prompt and the person who came out was very professional. He wasted no time even though he it was a hot day and he was in the attic. Path light property management has been an awesome experience
Pathlight management and home partners of america are truly an unorganized company. We rented to own a property that we moved into in late summer of 2013. The property was purschased from the original owners of the house prior to being moved into. The original owners of the house left items that we stored in the house. We also painted and did some updating out of pockets. The property was left in better condition then when we moved. In. They kept a majority of my security deposit penelizing me for the proevious owners porperty being stored by me. I also called and emailed pathlight with concerns I had prior to moving out and they never responded to me. As per our lease aggreement they never did a final walkthru with me prior to moving out. They also required me to get a home owners insurance policy with thier names on my title including my own which I found out is illegal I had several flooded basements due to equiptment failures they claimed they repaired. I am currently in the process of demanding my security desposit back. I have also reported them to the Revdex.com.
Professional people providing a reliable and professional service. Their response when needed is prompt with a Great Customer Service Attitude. All company representatives encountered were consistent in a high level of service.
Pathlight has done some marvelous things for me and my family and I highly recommend there concept of the Rent to purchase process to anyone that qualifies for their great program.

We rented a property for one year in [redacted], IL which was managed by Pathlight Property Management. We had a very positive experience dealing with Pathlight - any repair issue was addressed promptly and theis on-line portal is great for paying rent as well as reporting any issues.
