full responsibility by issuing a full refund for the customer's ParkWhiz booking ($62.94) plus a coupon for a free parking pass for future use.
ParkWhiz does not have the capacity to issue a refund for any parking services purchased outside of our system. While we accept full responsibility for the issue the customer experienced with the ParkWhiz location, we cannot accept responsibility for a new parking pass purchased outside of ParkWhiz.

Regarding the rate, unfortunately that was indeed investigated with ground-truthed data, so it is accurate; however, I appreciate you bringing to light how the board rates posted at the facility can be a bit misleading. We can absolutely take this up with the operator to pursue some more clear phrasing on their boards on-site. Despite everything, I believe we have found a resolution that works for all parties - do check your personal email when you have a moment. party company, we do not have access to the money paid on-site at lots and garages, nor do we manage those locations or the attendants working there. This is why we ask for proof of on-site payments, so that we have traceable evidence for auditing purposes. We're happy to consider this one water under the bridge though! Apologies for the confusion! Our Merchandising department works solely to provide accurate descriptions and driving instructions on all our passes. Although we can not absolutely guarantee drivers do not take a wrong turn at some point, we certainly do our best to correctly inform them on where to park. Since this complaint was filed, we have been in touch with you directly to clarify and resolve the issue. We are currently awaiting a response, and are of course here for further conversation until both parties consider the issue resolved. We have also contacted the operator of the lot in question, across the street, to ensure their address and messaging are correct.
