In early March 2018 I contacted Paradise Service Technologies about installation of a new water heater. I had made two other contacts by phone and one contractor never showed up but did call a few times to reschedule the appointment. After the third call to reschedule I gave up. The second contractor quoted a price which was more than I could afford and when I questioned the quote he became disrespectful and verbally abusive. At this point I began more in depth research and found Paradise Service Technologies. From the first phone call to Amanda to the completion of the installation by Alan, the experience was smooth and flawless. I will definitely be calling Paradise again for further work I have planned. Finding a professional who provides service in a professional was efficient way is reassuring to any homeowner. I recommend Paradise for your plumbing service needs.

This company was terrific. I had a unusual and difficult issue with a break in a vent stack that was allowing rats to enter my attic for many years. Alan and Roland found the hard to access hole in the pipe using their cabled camera, and repaired it with minimal damage to my walls and ceilings. The knowledge they displayed was truly impressive. When I think back to all the time we had this problem, I wish I had called Paradise first.

Had a drippy tub spout and needed to change out trim in bath/shower. Realized sweat soldering exceeded my limited ability so called the pro's and got the Best of the Best! - fellow by the name of Christopher D. Knowledgeable, more than competent, tidy, efficient and pleasant too! This company has been our go-to for years now and have never disappointed.

Called Paradise about a problem with my hot water heater. Spoke to Amanda M. and she was friendly and courteous. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Alan G. arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and determined that my old water heater needed to be replaced. He ordered a new one to be delivered while he was there. I was impressed by the very neat and quick installation of the new heater.

Paradise has done work for me over several years. Everything is always perfect. Perhaps more important are the people themselves. Everyone is so darn nice ---- you just want to sit and gab. I love this company, their people and their ethics. Rare indeed that a company gets this kind of review from me.

Have dealt with Paradise for a/c repairs, new a/c installation and a/c maintenance the past 2 years. I also had them fix my water heater twice (once the thermostat and the other the electrical outlet - they recommended an electrician for the outlet) and have always been pleased with the prompt courteous work they did for me. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful and explains everything you want to know about.

Paradise Plumbing was wonderful. Juan serviced my home and did exactly what I was told he'd do. He was prompt, competent and overall professional. I'm sure there are other good companies, but very doubtful they'd be better. Paradise will always be my first call for plumbing issues.

Perfect customer experience today, and it's a Saturday morning, no less. Dispatcher/operator was excellent, and the plumber was too. Responsive, courteous, professional behavior and communication, professional/sharp-looking van, quick, reasonably priced resolution and convenient billing. Resolved an urgent exterior problem and less serious but inconvenient inside problem. Recommended by customers on Angie's List, and I can see why. This is my second case or problem incident in which I've used them; both times went well.
