This is an excellent quality company. As a Fort Lauderdale police officer of 24 years I've never heard of anything except excellent honest service. Probably the only company who I've left their crews completely unsupervised in my home and in the home of my elderly parents. I've been doing business with Matt and his son Jason for over a decade and they recently did an excellent AC job on my parents home, they have my highest recommendation. I just wish they were a roofing company also. Thanks to everyone at Paradise.

THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. We made an appointment with these people one week in advance to get a quote for our bathroom. They ensured us that we were first in line on a Monday morning, so I took the morning off and waited for them patiently. Around 10:30am they still had not showed up, so I gave them a call. Now we were second in line, and they would be there by 12pm. At 12:15pm, they still were not at my home, so I give them another call. Now the same lady (***) tells me that they cannot send anybody today and that we have to schedule for 3 days from now. Like plumbing issues are not URGENT. These people are unreliable. They will toy around with you and not show up to their appointments.

I have had Christopher work on several plumbing projects in my home. He explains in detail what needs to be done and how long it should take. Jobs are always completed in a timely manner with no mess. Never having to call back for a follow up. I have had been using Paradise for close to 18 years small and large job. I have nothing but positive comments for whomever they have sent out. Professional company with knowledgeable employees. Highly recommended. There company magnet is on our refrigerator and will remain there as long as we live in South Florida.

After what turns out to have been terrible work by earlier firms (misdiagnosing sewer pipes) Paradise's Really bald diagnosed the problem (house not hooked up to street line but rather to older alley line) and did the work from the vents to the clean outs. Totally professional. Well explained - and prompt pre and post support and follow up from m Oaradise.

Company was able to schedule an appointment with a convenient time relatively quickly. Our serviceperson, Christopher, was knowledgeable and patient. He communicated with us when he was enroute, and arrived within the scheduled time window. He provided an estimate and was able to complete the work (replace spigots in our garage that lead into washing machine) at the same appointment. He also addressed some additional concerns and answered any questions we have. He was courteous and very neat, not leaving any mess behind. I would certainly call them again.

Ron came and installed a hot water heater and new toilet for me today. I could not be happier with his performance. He showed up and performed the work like I was told and he did not stop working till he was done. He was very friendly and professional and kept me aware of everything he was doing. He was really a sweetheart and I would not hesitate to use this company again when needed because they are a keeper. You would never even know someone had been in my home doing work because he cleaned up every little thing and as for Susan in the office, she was such a big help in answering my questions and was a very friendly person.

Ronald my service technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the work to me upfront. He was professional, personable, and efficient.

This company has been my "go-to" for all my air conditioning and plumbing services for over ten years. Whether for standard maintenance or emergency services, from the initial call to the final clean-up (yes, clean-up!) everyone's attitude was helpful and knowledgeable. Very glad to have found them!

These guys are the BEST. Explained everything to me in a way so that I could understand it and went out of the way to finish on time even though I made mistakes in explaining what I wanted and parts that didn't come in on time. You really can't ask for more than that.

I would like to say that the customer service is excellent and technician was very professional!! The customer service representative kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. She called me at first when I left a message on their website that I needed to replace my hot water heater to set up a day and time when the technician can come by. Then she called me again to inform me that he is on his way. She also called me when he was going to arrive the next day to replace my hot water tank, then right after he was finished to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. Then that afternoon she called again to tell me she was going to email me my receipt and asked again if everything was ok. Even the technician who installed my hot water tank was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and completed the job in less time than expected. I am very satisfied with Paradise Service and would recommend them to anyone.

Fast and friendly service in response to an emergency water leak. The serviceman, Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job in repairing the leak. Will definitely call them again for any future plumbing problems.
