Our apologies to this consumer our system is on an auto dialer so once the information is submitted by the person looking for a moving quote comes into our system, our system dials out to them so we can give them a quoteAll one has to do is request not to be called or email us and we will gladly
remove there information from our system and stop all callsOnce again our apologies

We have been able to help this customer with an adjustment

We do regret that you feel this way and respect your opinionsHowever we do have a signed contract in which all insurance information is included, and also the electronic signature process clearly states we are a brokerUnfortunately you attempted to cancel outside of our cancellation policy and

I understand and accept that it was my mistake to give my phone number to an online service to request moving quotes, and therefor the first call was obviously warrantedHowever, calling multiple times within the space of a minute or two in order to harass someone into answering their call and/or override Do Not Disturb settings is my issueAdditionally, I did ask that they stop calling me, and it they called again in the same multiple calls in a couple minutes harassing manner. 7/25/- Three calls from ###-###-#### at 8:AM, 8:AM, 8:AM, I answered the third call to request that they stop calling me, as their calling method had overridden my Do Not Disturb phone function (set to allow multiple calls through in case of a family/friend emergency not for telemarketers) and woken me upThey did temporarily stop calling me but resumed at a later date7/26/- One call at 8:AM 7/27/- Three calls from ###-###-#### at 1:PM, 1:PM, 1:PM 8/2/- Five calls from ###-###-#### at 9:AM, 9:AM, 9:AM, 9:AM, and 9:AM which I answered after the multiple calls overrode my Do not Disturb Function and interrupted a meeting, which I had to temporarily leave to ask them to stop calling me againI appreciate that they seem to have stopped calling me, as of 8/anyways, however, my main issue is with their business practice, I have never had a telemarketing company or auto dialing system call me in this manner, and while I'm unsure of the legality, I am sure it is not considered an appropriate or acceptable business practice

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your moving servicePlease contact our office in order to begin a claim for any damages/ missing itemsAs far as the charges for additional stairs, it is indicated on your signed moving contract that steps are included and each additional steps
would be charged at $Unfortunately this is for the extra labor of the movers

I have called this company and reached out to them several times I have witnesses that know of everything that happened They prevented my mother from getting to the hospital in a timely manner They broke my television, they were extremely rude to my elderly parents I think they should keep to their word I was told that they would be compensating me for my television as well as all the trouble I had with this entire move I have also contacted the department of transportation I feel this company is being very shady and refuse to work with me

AAA Moving services makes no claim of being associated with any other company, Our contract clearly states we are a household goods brokerWe have our own unique logoWe did dispatch Mrs *** Job to one of our authorized carriers, unfortunately she was not there for the pickup as she has stated
in the complaintOur carriers do provide blanket wrapping for all furniture items, however a bed can me quite large to cover with moving blankets and they are not used for this purposeMrs *** did state that she provided a mattress cover, which is typically what a bed should be protected by during the moving processWe have spoke with *** on several occasions after the delivery of her items, and have advised her of the claims processUnfortunately there is a paper trail that needs to be made for the claims process and it does require some timeWe are glad to help our customers in making a claim with the carrier for any damages that have occurredPar of the customers signed contract states, "AAA Moving & Storage IncMC: is authorized by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to be a household goods moving brokerAAA Moving & Storage Incassumes no responsibility or liability for any property damage, bodily injury, or public liability as the outcome of the transportation of household goods transported by an authorized carrierAt shippers request we will assist you in the process to submit a claim to the assigned carrier for settlement of the claimsAAA Moving & Storage Incis not responsible for any omissions or acts of the carrier, its agents, or employeesAAA Moving & Storage Incis not liable, responsible, or to be held accountable for any damage, delay, loss, or expenses resulting from any Carrier or caused by any act of God." Although we are not directly responsible or liable for any damages caused by the carrier or mis-packing by the customer, we are glad to help in getting any issues resolved

Our things left our possession on the evening of June They were delivered July 11th, business days laterWe do not understand the reference to June 14thWe had told them from the beginning that we were available for immediate deliveryWe arrived at the house in *** *** on June 3rd and were available from then on for deliveryAt one point, we did receive a phone call asking when we were available for delivery and my girlfriend stated that she was available any time, as she works from homeAs for the large discount they are saying they gave, the original quote was for $We gave a $deposit at the time of booking, leaving a balance of $We paid a balance of $800; that is correctTheir stated total of $includes the inflated charges that were mentioned in our complaint; charges that went against what was stated in the contractThe truck was loaded and closed and then they changed the estimate; a practice which our contract says is a violation of federal lawWhen our things finally arrived, there were items missing and brokenOne of the missing items is a large screen television and a broken item is a large office deskWe are also missing a box but ended up with a different box that is not oursWe have not yet filed an insurance claim as we are still unpacking and are not sure what was in the missing boxAAA Moving and Storage has also offered us a credit, if we sign a settlement agreement promising not to leave any negative or derogatory reviews on any public or private consumer websitesWe have not yet signed this, as at this point we don’t feel comfortable doing soThank you, *** **

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This company will not be released by me until the responsible parties give me a brand new *** *** bed because my 10-year 100% warranty is void because of AAA Moving & Storage Co hired a trucking company that didn't care about my belongings dragging my bed and getting grease and dirt all over the mattress and box spring They promised to take care of my bed and they did not follow thru with their promise after paying this company over $3,dollars The bed was the only thing they had to pack if I would have known that they were not going to care for it I would have not hired their company plain and simpleSincerely,
