The staff at Pacific Hair is wonderful. I had my consultation with Fanta and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. When my hair piece arrived it was what I expected, silky *** hair. The product is beautiful. It doesn't tangle and has not lost its shine and silky feel. As part of the service Winnie instructed me initially on how to care for my hairpiece and she follows up each time to ensure I have no questions or issues so I can keep it looking brand new. Winnie does my maintenance and she is fabulous. She does a beautiful job and I always feel great at the end of each appointment.

Friendly honest service. Hair loss can be a touchy subject and I am very sensitive about my own hair loss. I appreciate the honest relaxed atmosphere... no pressure and no one rushes you to make any decision on what to do for yourself. If you have questions about hair loss and options it doesn’t hurt to reach out to this company for help. They went over all options with me and didn’t push for any one option but let me decide for myself.
Highly Recommend Pacific Hair! Initially I had an online consultation with Fanta who was Great and very informative! She gave me lots of information on different systems and continuously answering my emails very quickly and thoroughly after. I then decided to book my appointment which was a huge step but the BEST thing I could have done!
Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the private fitting rooms were really nice making it very comfortable, which was great because at this time I was extremely anxious and nervous. I had Winnie fitting my system and she was awesome , very friendly and patient. Once it was fitted at first it was a huge shock and I became very anxious but that's because it was so foreign to me having thick hair . BUT honestly that all changed I loved my new system in no time and still love it! I went in for my follow up appointment the next day and came out extremely over the moon!

It's crazy how much confidence and relief the system has given me. I Love it! I had Winnie install my system, she was great, very patient and friendly. At first I was shocked after the installation, it felt so foreign to me and I panicked, but honestly this only lasted a day. I think it's amazing, I used to wear snapback caps every single day to cover up my hair and now I havnt worn one since. Definite life changer.

I remember what it was like before I found Pacific Hair. I had no confidence, the only time I was not wearing a hat to hide my thinning hair was when I was sleeping. I was ashamed that I was thinning at my age. So I desperately searched for a solution. I tried the shampoo's, the vitamins, the pills- nothing seemed to work. So I started searching online and came across head tattoos, wigs, and then eventually found Pacific Hair Solutions. They saw me days later for a consultation and I immediately felt like I was in a safe place. The facility is modern, clean and calm. The staff treat you as a guest rather then a customer.
I have been wearing their product for over a year now, and it has completely changed my life. I have the confidence today to live up to my full potential by not being ashamed of something that is completely out of my control. The product looks natural and is so durable. Swimming, working out, showering; I can do it all. It is also so easy to maintain at home, the Pacific Hair team gave me the knowledge on how to maintain my piece and is always available if I have any questions. I have a medical condition called ***. I experience hair loss. It is a very embarrassing condition and it is unclear how it will progress. I was in a vulnerable state when I went to Pacific Hair for assistance. They upsold me and produced a very large hairpiece that resembled a wig. This cost me $1700. My area of hair loss is quite small; I did not require a full hairpiece. It did not look at all natural and I had to insist that they reduce the size of the hairpiece. The employee was reluctant but did do it after some prodding from me. At this appointment I was accompanied by a friend who can be my witness. The hairpiece was to be blended in and cut with my own hair. That job was poorly done. I had to request that it be redone. That was also poorly done. The colour was absolutely wrong and it did not match my own hair colour. I decided to dye my own hair and that did not work. I had to ask them to redo it. Also, one of the clips fell out after two weeks of wearing it. As I tried to wear the product the clips were irritating my scalp and I wanted to see if I could change the type of clip as I knew there was another option. I also wanted to get my hair blended properly with the piece. In addition, the hair type on the product did not match my own. I raised this issue also. I was getting frustrated with all the mistakes and I asked for some kind of reimbursement for all the aggravation. At this point in time I received an email that stated they would charge me further if they were to help me any further. Then a day or two later I received an email that stated that they would dye my hair for free due to the initial incompetence, but they would not schedule any other appointments with me in the future. They stated that my lack of confidence in them and a difference of opinion about the product was the reason. They banned me from any other assistance and left me with a faulty product with no recourse to remedy it. I felt badly exploited by the company. I did not return the product as I was essentially shut down and I did not feel I could go to them. I would willingly return the product to them now as I can not wear it.

Client called in today inquiring about hair loss solutions, as she has ***. She is looking into hair pieces, but is uncertain whether she may require a full lace front. Will be coming in with a friend.
Dianosed with Alopecia, has a spot on her head where she has noticed the loss. Would like to go over her options.

Consultation today with a manager. Client brought in her friend as well for moral support. She has had *** for the past 15 months and wanted to know what her options were for now, as well as for future if it expands. Her *** spot is roughly about a centimetre large, but there are signs of excessive thinning within the part, as well as some redness. It seemed as if her comfort level fell into something that of a clip-in piece option, sized at 6*6. Her hair texture is wavy, but she might be better suited at something with a slight wave.

Secondary consultation and colour match with a manager. Client has been seeing Dr. D regularly and quite likes him due to his knowledge and professionalism. Unfortunately, along with her ***, she's been plagued with ***, as well as *** What's really been bothering her is the hair loss on top which showcases her hair loss the most, as well as a persistent cowlick in the back of her crown that constantly splits. She wants a clip-in option that she's able to wear at her own leisure.
Colour consultation: She's let her grey grow in more than since we last saw her, and is opting to stay away from colour and eventually go completely grey. Her entire head falls along with the same distribution for colour, except her front right side which has more of a strip of grey. Photos have been taken of all angles.
Style consultation: Her hair is naturally wavy and she likes to diffuse her own hair to have a bit more of a controlled wave. Explained to her that this would also be a good course of action to move forward with in styling her hair piece. She finds her own hair gets curlier if she's out in the rain for a bit.

Client came in with concerns about how the piece does not match her own hair. She was wondering how it could have possibly been like that during the consultation. Manager referred to client's formula history and work order and client was adamant she didn't want it that dark. Ultimately, decided to lighten up the piece today to match the lighter brown at the ends of the piece (just the roots area was darker). She was also extremely concerned that colouring it would damage the integrity of the hair. I let her know colour is never the best for hair in general, but since she's not going to blonde, she doesn't have to worry about the integrity of the piece being damaged, so long as she uses the proper products and follows our care instructions. She is also colouring her own hair to lessen the gray.
100% confirmed with secondary manager for new colour moving forward (matching lighter brown ends), picked swatch to match.

Used bleach +20/30 vol and lightened roots and darker tones. Toned w/ 7G + GG Mix to create more warm tones. Maria sewed on some loose wefts and stitches.

Called client to see how things are going and what she'd like to go over at her follow up appointment with owner. She is finding the whole thing difficult to grapple with and is still processing everything. Mentioned she isn't really wearing it often. She will also be bringing a friend in to help her.
5 Things:
1) She got feels like half a wig.hen she first initially came for consult with Fanta 2 years ago, she was shown a smaller partial piece. She is concerned that her piece is much too big and feels like it's (half a wig). I let her know that depending on her path of hair loss, she likely needed a bigger size at this point in her life. Let her know that we are always weary with going too small as there will be a density discrepancy. Tried to explain that but she did not understand and kept insisting that she can go smaller. (CONST)
2) Doesn't feel like the piece is blended into her own hair that well. (LC)
3) Feels the piece is little too loose, material in the back that she can feel. (DART)
4) Clip spacing, feels it may not be positioned right. (MCLIP)
5) She feels the colour done to her own hair was not uniform, mentioned some areas that seems to have not taken the colour, particularly her own grays. (CONST)
During her follow-up appointment with owner, client brought her friend in. Owner explained that the pieces were meant to be cut down to size and discussed with client, what size would be best for as well. Client, client's friend and owner agreed on a size prior to owner cutting the base material down. Clips were then re-formatted to client and friend's liking. Owner then discussed layering with client and friend, suggesting what how piece should be layered. Client appeared to put more weight into what her friend had to say, so owner upon giving her recommendations, tried to give client and friend their space.
After trim was complete, colour was discussed. Owner addressed client's concern that colour was not even. Owner relayed information from technician that did her colour, that it was consistent and even on the day the colour was done. Technician noted that client had very resistant greys and suggested to go darker during her next colour. This was agreed to be done when client returned from holiday, as she was holidaying in a warm sunny place that would further strip her colour.
Upon returning from her holiday, client insisted on having further complimentary services to darken her colour, change the type of clips that came with her piece and change the texture to her piece.
We reiterated our previous decision regarding her upcoming appointment which would include a complimentary colour to client's hair, as originally discussed. As discussed with owner, this was due to the fact that client's grey was very resistant. We also mentioned we would be happy to colour client's hairpiece and change the clips, however at a cost. Colour to the hairpiece is $40/oz before tax.
Clips: We are happy to change your comb clips from your original preference to the smaller barrette-like clips. The cost of doing so is $20 per clip before tax, minimum of 3 clips.
Colour Swatches: Every hair service provider typically uses swatches to conduct colour matching for their clients. There are some mitigating factors that prevent us from being able to use another provider's colour swatch, such as differences in underlying pigments as well as a different colour line that is used.
Texture: We mentioned being happy to schedule an appointment for a technician to educate client on styling piece to allow for a different texture. We did not suggest chemically altering the texture, as this could possibly jeopardize the quality of the piece, and there would be no guarantee that client would like the final result.
Client insisted on having said work done complimentary. At this point, we suggested that because client would not take our professional recommendations, and that we had already perf

Some of the statements made by the owner and her staff in their Revdex.com response are not accurate. However, in the interest of moving forward with the resolution process offered by the Revdex.com, I will not comment further on them at this time. My understanding of the Revdex.com process is that both parties are expected to make compromises to arrive at a satisfactory outcome. In that spirit, I am prepared to accept a 50% reimbursement/refund of the $1700 paid for the product - a product that was defective and clearly didn't meet my needs.
The fact is that I was "upsold" and given a product that was ill-suited to address my comparatively small (but still upsetting) hair loss problem. As agreed by both parties, mistakes were made from the start that needed to be remedied. There continued to be concerns at the time that I was deemed to be a "difficult" client and cut off from further assistance from the company. I did not insist on anything, or make unrealistic demands of the vendor. I only inquired about solutions. I have been mis-labelled as a difficult client, when in truth I was a client who was dissatisfied with a very poor product.
It is unprofessional and unethical to sell a product that is faulty and then, once the customer complains, to shut them out.
I have not worn the product purchased from Pacific Hair since the initial trial phase. The product is not and never was suitable for me, for reasons set forth in my initial statement.

Unfortunately, this remains a situation wherein neither party can come to an agreement that is deemed fair. We do not agree that we have provided a faulty product, and in fact were supportive of several complimentary services to said client. We have never, and would never refer to any client as "difficult", as it would be unprofessional to do so.
At this moment we are not agreeable to a 50% refund, as we feel that we have completed what the client asked of us in our initial contract. Again, we can offer the following recommendations:

I do not accept the company's latest offer.
Pacific Hair's idea of compromise seems to be to charge me yet more money for what is and was a flawed product, one that was not suited to my needs or situation. I cannot wear the product they sold me; it is of zero value.
They state that they gave me complimentary services, when in fact they were trying to remedy the several mistakes that were made with the initial product and fitting. They have not fulfilled their contract with me because from the very start, I received a flawed and ill-suited product.
The company's responses to my concerns and requests were and remain wholly inadequate. They didn't meet my needs as a client, and then cut me off from further contact. I do not trust this business, nor should other potential customers.
I would add that its says a lot about Pacific Hair that they consistently failed to meet the stipulated deadlines to respond to my input, as per Revdex.com's standards.
Great experience overall. Friendly staff and good quality work. My only concern would be the travel/commute for clients that reside outside of Vancouver.

I just received a semi permanent hair piece as I was loosing a lot of the hair on the top portion of my head. The piece I received is incredible, I have amazing thick, full awesome hair, in fact it's even better than the head of hair I had growing up. As it is real hair, it looks and feels as such. I've now had this for a week and not a single person has been able to notice I am wearing the piece. Instead as I no longer wear a hat everyday, I've received many compliments, such as "wow, I didn't know you had such great hair, you should not wear your hat more often" let me tell you, what a confidence boost it has been.The hair is not only easy to style, but it's so natural there is literally no extra maintinence now that I did not have when I had my own head of hair, in fact there is less upkeep or time spent styling, because it is such great quality and came tailored to what I chose and what I hadalways wanted my hair to have been, in regards to thicknesss, color, length, how healthy it looks and feels, everything about it is just perfect,
Not only were my expectations exceeded with the partial wig itself, but the service I received from literally the entire staff, was above and beyond. I was not made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my hair loss situation as normally I would have been. They were great, knowledgeable and made the whole experience noting short of exciting easy and stress free. Which is the same way I would describe the process of installing the piece, it was simple, quick, and immediately brought an ear to ear smile to my face. They were super precise giving me an unnoticeable natural looking hair line on my forehead as well as the sections that joined up to blend with my own hair so I'm able to keep the process 100% discrete.
Thanks for everything girls you really helped me get back my confidence im looking forward to starting 2019 with my new hair piece and getting back to those things that my hair loss was causing me to allow myself to miss out on. I 100% could not be more pleased with the process and end results and top notch level of service that I can't say thank you enough, all I can do is recommend to others to give this a try, seriously to guys out there - if balding bothers you, then please, for yourself - bother to give this a chance.
If I had to have something negative to say, Only thing I can possibly say is that it is a little warmer than expected, and can be at times a slightly itchy but obviously that is to be expected and very minor.
