Pacific Associates took very good care of us. They took what was a stressful experience to go through and made it stress free. They were always available to help us with any questions or concerns. This company is amazing and we highly recommend them.

Pacific Associates has been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their customer service is outstanding. I received answers to every question I had, and everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. They gave great advice and have been there every step of the way. They handled my debt very professionally and always made me feel confident, even though debt is a hard thing to deal with. I am very grateful to this company.

After years of being burdened by credit card debt, we got in touch with Pacific Associates. I must admit that it sounded too good to be true, but after looking into the background of this company in the Revdex.com we were reassured that this was a legitimate business. So we contacted them and they responded in a prompt businesslike manner. When they took control of the accounts we never heard from the account holders again. We were able to lower our monthly payments to fit our budget with the goal of being debt free finally within reach. Would we do it again? In a heart beat!

Recently, I contacted Shain Mercer regarding debt consolidation. To my surprise, Shain has recommended that I continue handling my debt without consolidation, i.e., to NOT do business with Pacific Associates. This was such a refreshing communication, as he was first and foremost concerned with what is best for me in my particular situation, not what is best for Pacific Associates or making a profit.
I would recommend this company to anyone who might have a need for their services as they are truly about the person and what is best for them.
