Pacific Associates rescued me from bankruptcy and losing my home. They were able to negotiate with the credit card companies I owed money to and get me a payment that I could afford. I just sent in my last payment to them and am working on building up my credit report again.

4 years ago I got a call from Pacific and they offered me their service. I was skeptical in the beginning because I never had to do anything like this in my life. I even spoke to my CPA and he said to be cautious because most of the times these companies don't deliver what they promise to do. Since this is our first complaint, we would like to take this opportunity to state the facts of what transpired the afternoon of November 11, 2015. You called Pacific using a third party relay service for the hearing-impaired. When the receptionist answered the phone, no one responded. After saying “hello” a few times, the receptionist hung up. Keep in mind that Pacific has the pleasure of receiving its fair share of solicitation calls from telemarketers selling everything from toner to timeshares. Most of these calls come from an automated “dialer” systems which, over time, can be recognized as a result of the few seconds of delay that occurs before someone actually comes on the line. The receptionist thought this was the case when you phoned our company. You did call back two additional times eventually speaking to one of our in-house attorneys. The attorney attempted to be helpful, however you were, understandably, frustrated from being hung up on. We apologize for this misunderstanding as we expressed on the phone several times. Our company prides itself on helping people, which is why we have so many positive comments. Our business, like many other businesses, thrives on potential customers calling in so it would make no sense for us to intentionally hang up. Please accept our sincerest apology for the misunderstanding.
