Has anyone been able to get out of there contract with these crooks!?!? Or how can we come together to get this horrible company shut down?!?!?!?
My fiance has had a car she's been paying for going on 4 years, she has had some ups and downs in those 4years and had some trouble missing a couple payments. Your employees over reached when they contact several individuals who were not on the references she put down on her paperwork when she first got the car. I am more than prepared enough to file a lawsuit against your company for illegal and unprofessional practices and gross negligence. I do have proof ( voicemails, missed call logs, etc) from people we havent talked to in years. I'm not sure how they acquired their phone numbers because we didnt even have their new phone numbers. I hope you understand im not looking for money but looking for a disciplinary action towards the individuals who you employ. Plus giving her some sort of compensation for those embarrassing phone calls wouldn't hurt. Have a nice day.
This company has the worst customer service.
Today, February 06, 2020 at 9:20am, I called pace financial to get my account number to pay my car note. Note that I am just a payment behind. So I was transferred to the account leader, Ms. M. She began to ask why they, the company, could not get into contact with me. I explain that I was really busy with my doctors. I had surgery on February 5, 2020, a total hip replacement surgery. She began to lecture me about keeping into contact with the company, and I acknowledge what she said and asked her again for my account number so I can get my account back current. She began to say that it sound like I was not taking it seriously and that she was going to repossess the car since I was not seriously. I let her know that she was at of line and I did not want to be patronized and just wanted my account number. She began to threaten to come repossess my car today, February 6, and put on my credit report about the repossession. She was very irate with me and I let her know that she has the worst customer service skills and that she is out of order by talking down to me and threatening me. I have really bad anxiety, and I do have an anxiety disorder. While I was on the phone with M I did have one and my leg started to hurt because she was being so irate and rude to me. She also made it her business to tell me that pace financial was the only bank that would allow me to get the car. I do believe that this is misleading threat and unfair practices because all I wanted was my account number to get my account caught back up. It did lead me in more pain and I ended up with an anxiety attack as well due to M. She never gave me my account number instead she transferred me to the repossession department and a man name Jeremy gave me my account number. I also asked him to give me M's boss name and he did. Her name is Ms. B, collection manager, I left her a message on her work phone about what happened.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") appreciates the opportunity to understand its customers' concerns.
Pace reviewed this exchange.
Mrs. and Pace management have spoken since the filing of this review and discussed these matters in greater detail.
Pace will use this uncommon instance to improve Pace customer service.
This company is one of THE WORST companies to deal with.
They take harrassment to a whole new level
When my car lot closed thier doors, Pace Financial bought all thier contracts, I never had a problem when making payments through my car lot, however, When Pace acquired my note, they have done everything they can to be as harassing as possible, to myself, my family, and coworkers.
Do yourself a favor, before financing anything, make sure Pace Financial isn't the company providing the loan
The employees and management will talk down to you, threaten you, and make you feel like dirt.
Even if you stay in constant contact with them. Just utterly disgusting. I have been so close to having them repossess my jeep just so I wont have to deal with them anymore.
I have worked out a settlement with Pace financial instead of paying off the vehicle and it is showing delinquent on my credit report
My vehicle was paid off through a settlement on Pace Financial 's part and the title was mailed out to me in the mail. They are still reporting that I owe money to mess my credit score up.
I want the account on my report to reflect paid off and taken off my credit report.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") appreciates the opportunity to address concerns as this Revdex.com inquiry was its first notice of an issue. In any event, Pace agrees that on 11-30-2019 it received a settlement payment to close this account. When that payment cleared, the title was mailed to the customer on 12-12-19. The instant complaint was filed on 12/16/19; before the credit reporting updates occurred. Upon receipt of this inquiry, Pace confirmed via *** that it shows the factual status of the account: "ACCOUNT PAID FOR LESS THAN FULL BALANCE $0 BALANCE". If Pace has been provided incorrect information from the credit reporting agencies, please advise. Otherwise, Pace considers this matter successfully concluded.
Pace has violated my privacy and really harmed my character at place of employment.
Pace has been extremely unprofessional the entire life of my auto loan with them. They have ignored requests and demands to stop calling my place of work after my payment is one day late; today they went to far. They called and discussed my account with a receptionist! This is not the first time they have discussed my account with someone other than myself, this is however the first time they did this with my employer. They have threatened other people attempting to get payment saying if they didn't pay it they would come get the vehicle even though the payments are only a few days behind. This needs to stop.
Do NOT contact employer or any other person other than myself or my husband.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") appreciates the opportunity to respond to this complaint #XXXXXXXX. Pace wants every customer to fulfill the terms of the agreements they made and ultimately succeed in debt free ownership of a quality motor vehicle. Making calls to customers who do not keep their promises is never desirable to Pace. From review of its records and recorded calls, Pace does not find a notation that the customer previously requested that Pace not attempt to contact her at her place of employment. The last time Pace successfully spoke with the customer at work was back in October, 2018. However, when this account became delinquent in July, 2019, Pace attempted to reach the customer and her husband on their personal phones, to no avail. On July 30, 2019, a Pace employee called the customer's place of employment and asked to speak with the customer. The Pace employee identified herself by name, only, and did not mention Pace or the nature of the call. After being placed on hold for more than 15 minutes, the Pace employee terminated that call. On July 31, 2019, the Pace employee called the customer's place of employment and again asked to the speak with the customer. The receptionist asked if this was a personal call. The Pace employee confirmed that it was a personal call, but did not identify herself as being with Pace or the nature of the call. The Pace employee asked for the customer to return her call and provided a return call phone number. Again, Pace did not disclose any element of the nature of the call. Pace does not discuss the details of any customer's account with anyone other than the customer or a person specifically authorized by the customer. While customer's might not like hearing it, when a contract is breached, such as for not timely payment, Pace has the right to recover its collateral. Nevertheless, Pace will honor the customer's desired resolution and noted its records to not make any calls to the customer's place of employment and communicate only with the customer and her spouse. Because the recordings do not support the charge and it will honor the customer's desired resolution, Pace considers this matter successfully concluded.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response because it's a bold faced lie. They have been specifically told numerous times to stop contacting my place of employment and have ignored the requests. They also very specifically told the receptionist who they were and what the call was regarding. This is by far the worst finance company I have dealt with when it comes to honesty and integrity.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") will not call Mrs. at her place of employment, per her request. Likewise, before filing its initial response, Pace listened to the recordings of the calls in question and reviewed the computer notes created throughout the duration of the relationship. The records did not, prior to this claim, reflect an instruction to not call her at work. Pace can find no record of any employee mentioning Pace by name or mentioning the nature of the call (Mrs. Gile's breach of contract) to anyone but the account holder or a person to whom the account holder specifically granted authority (her husband). Since Pace trains its' employees to not divulge customer information to third parties, if Ms. has some reliable record indicating something to the contrary, please provide same to this office so it can be used for training purposes. Thank you for your time and attention.
Car note has been paid for several months in advance but is not being reported and my balance keep increasing hurting my credit score.
2012 *** bought January 4,2017
I expect for my credit to be corrected along with the correct score and this company be penalized for it's carelessness and also management should revisit training because they do nothing to fix problems but only make them worse. Also my account should be reviewed all the back to when I bought my car. My credit score has not increased at all since I got my car and I've had it a year and half to help my credit.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") appreciates the opportunity to clarify the record of its dealings with Ms.. Ms. purchased a motor vehicle pursuant to a retail installment sales contract which provides for monthly payments. Pace has been unable to help Ms. understanding the math of her account. Pace attempted to explain that finance charges accrue from payment date and that every missed due date results in a late charge. Payment on this account has been sporadic with infrequent larger lump sum payments and several NSF charges for returned payment attempts. After multiple attempts to discuss the matter were met with profanity or hang-ups by Ms., Pace mailed a complete payment history to Ms. on July 17, 2019. Credit reporting occurs automatically from the state of the art collection software used by Pace (and many other finance companies). As of this writing, Ms. remains past due and Pace is unaware of any errors with this account. Pace believes its accounting records are accurate and willing to be presented with any facts or documents that might permit an opportunity for correction.
After having my van for 7 months and made 6 payment with no problem; and never more than 10 days past the first depending on pay date. I lost my job. So for 5 months I've been struggling to get the payment paid. They have worked with me for the most part. It has gotten to the point of threatening to repossess. I'm fixing to start a new job on June 17th but will not get paid till the first Friday in July. And today I just got a email from my bank starting nsf on my last payment. So now I have to hope they will allow me to get that corrected without trying to repossess. I have never hit 30 day passed due till now. I have 9 children and this is our only vehicle.
If you find yourself in bed with this company RUN like ***! Their employees are the most god awful people I have ever dealt with in my life. They talk to their customers like garbage, hang up when they do not like to deal with a problem. I have called 5 times this morning. 4 times their automated system hung up on me while I was on hold and the 5th time the dumb lady I spoke to hung up in my face because I would not give her my ssn when I have never been asked for that in the two years that I have been dealing with them and I didn't feel comfortable. I also asked for a supervisor on the front end because the day before I had problems as well and I wanted to let them know. But she was a *** woman and didn't want to do her job she hung up on me. Do business with anyone else but do not do it with them!
Pace has been great to me. Always friendly and very helpfull anytime a situation arrises.
Repoed my car for non payment even though I have bank statements and they're extremely rude
Every sales rep I have spoken with has been extremely rude and they harass you several times a day. They repoed my car for non payment even though I have bank statements showing I paid them. ***, the last one I spoke with actually tried to hang up on me when I told her I made the payments and wanted my car back. Very poor business and DO NOT recommend
I want my car back and the payments I've made taken off the balance
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace) appreciates the opportunity to correct the record of events. Ms. was 52 days past due from the last valid payment of a retail installment sales contract for a vehicle. By the time Pace was able to reposes the vehicle, 12-17-18, Ms. had used the vehicle without payment for over a month and half. Of the 5 payments that were due from the start of her contract, 2 were returned NSF, 1 was returned with the notation of "No Account can't locate", and the final payment was simply not paid and was overdue. Pace asked for bank records which showed that her bank account was charged for those payments. Ms. provided partial bank documents showing deductions from her account, but the pages were obviously cut-off to correspond with the bank later declining those payments due to insufficient funds (NSF). Pace asked for those document multiple times, but Ms. became agitated and terminated the calls. The payment offer 'to get the car back' obviously occurred after repossession. With the payment history above, there could be no 4th chance.
Pace agreed to purchase Ms. contract based upon her promises to pay on time. She broke those promises and despite attempts to help her, Pace had no alternative to reclaim its property. That property is worth less than when Ms. took possession of it and Pace will take all appropriate legal measures to mitigate its losses. Pace will continue to provide excellent customer service and opportunity for those willing to keep their promises.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I sent them the documents they asked for none of which were "cut off" and I was never asked to send anything else in or I would've sent in more statements but all they told me I needed to send is where it was taken out of my account. The initial call I made to them when my car was picked up was with a lady named *** and she was EXTREMELY rude when I was trying to explain things to her and kept trying to hang up on me. I never hung up on anyone. I was told by Shawna to send in paperwork and they'd help me but when I did I got the same response that they were "washing their hands with it"
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have provided all proof I was asked to provide. 3 months of bank statements showing I made the payments and still did not get my car back. Therefore I will be getting a lawyer because I now have a repossession on my credit and no car because of someone else's error. I've shown everything was paid on my end
Pace remains committed to understanding why payments were not received in its offices as promised. Additional efforts to investigate this matter with the customer have proved fruitless. Pace offered to get on the phone with her bank to clarify why the account numbers on the documents she provided do not match prior payment account numbers. If Pace made an error, it will remedy the situation. Pace welcomes an attorney's involvement. Thanks.
Supervisor talking down to people
I've been going through a situation with being hurt at work than my dad dying I also broke my phone and had to use someone else's to don't the Sim in and when I tried to explain all this he started getting attitude and calling me a lier saying he heard it before I stated I'm sure uve heard it before but I'm not those people I am really in a bad situation well I told him I would have the payment I'm late on today and he got a attitude and told me I had to pay what I'm late and this months and that I can never even be a day late again . He also threatened me with theft charges and I've never hid this junky car from anyone the car isn't even worth the $5000 y'all have *** it's a lemon. I filed bankruptcy and he still didn't care he still was threatening me and talking down to me. How is this supposed to be a professional business if the supervisor can't even be professional
To have time to get it paid and him never contact me again.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") regrets that Ms. is dissatisfied with the discussion regarding her default in the first payment for her motor vehicle purchase. Ms. told Pace it was a fair deal and that she would be able to make the required payments just a short time prior to Pace paying the full price of the deal. In review of the conversation and the complaint, it appears that Ms. does not appreciate that a business must ask questions to understand why someone has broken the terms of a deal. She did explain her very unfortunate circumstances and the Pace supervisor was trying to ask questions to see if they could come up with good ideas to address this serious loss. However, the conversation was sub-optimal. Pace always seeks to protect its rights and improve customer service.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Because although I did at the time have away to pay it I was also cheated out of a job by money being stolen from me by my own supervisor which is under investigation he was not trying to find another solution he was threatening me and calling me a liar several times without listening to everything I've had to say. *** has had it because she was supposed to pay it for me but if she hasn't u can have it *** ave or stop *** I had the first payment when he demanded 345 that I didn't have than told me I could never be a day late things happen .he didn't have to be that hateful to me than he liked on my mother that caused problems she never said anything he said as of right now I have no phone so and I'm not talking to my mother and me and *** have been arguing over that car so u can have it .Send me something of a balance explaining how much u sold the car and I'll pay the difference but if u r seeling it for way less why couldn't u give em time to buy it . I tried to pay the next day he called first thing that morning after I clearly said 2 and started calling me names again there's a lot behind this and I understand trying to protect your firm but I also didn't deserve to be talked to like that it was very unprofessional
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't want to be held accountable cause I tried to do the right thing I had the money at 2 like I said I would but when he called that morning being rude to me I decided I wasn't putting my money into pace financial anymore y'all don't deserve any business if that's how y'all treat y'all's customers in fact y'all are very unprofessional . .. is anything going to be done about his behavior in how he talks to people or is this for no reason just so he can do it again to someone else
Pace has used Ms. first payment default situation and circumstances as a training tool to improve its customer service. Pace appreciates the opportunity to resolve this situation and reserves all rights and remedies.
Late payment
I have owned my 2014 *** for around 5 months now and absolutely love it. I have agreed to make my car payment bi weekly. I have never missed a payment on my car and this week of August 17,2018 I forgot it was my week to make payment and I just put a deposit on my new house because me and my daughters had to get a place ASAP and I asked if I could make the payment the following week and I would pay any late fees there were and I was told that this wasn't possible that I had to borrow the money or do whatever I had to do to make this payment. I have no help from anyone and I even offered to make 2 payments the following week on top of a late fee and that still wasn't good enough. I was told from the get go that if I ever had an issue with paying my bill that all I had to do was call and they could help me out. Now I would understand if I was late on my payment all the time but I have never been late on my payment and all I asked for is 7 days to make it and I would pay a late fee and I don't understand why this isn't possible.
All I am asking is for pace to allow me to make my payment a week late and I will pay a late fee.
Mr. is considered current by Pace Financial, LLC. If he has future circumstances requiring special attention, he is encouraged to write to ***@pacefinance.com
Please let us know if there remains a need for a more detailed examination of this account or complaint.
Horrible co to finance through! They will be receiving a lawsuit for the inconvenience! The manager was in negotiation with my husband for a quote to pay off the car, while in negotiation they came and pulled the car. Like who does that?? Very unprofessional!!
I have paid for GAP insurance through this company and have been getting the run around. The amount I'm out is 900.00 my insurance company has paid them and I can't get any information out of ***. She has asked me, my partner and my insurance company for the same reports at least twice. My insurance company put me in the loop of conversations with this company and this women. She has delayed and didn't even file the proper paperwork with in the proper amount of time. It was found on the counter where a secretary for this company said she would get it back so it would be filed 20 days after the fact. I call and keep checking on this and she gives me the run around. She stopped talking to my insurance company because they put me in the loop of conversation. I ask her for information and she gives me the automated payment line. She reassured me that GAP is not an benefit it is a courtesy. I paid for Gap insurance and it has been almost 2 months. When I checked on it today, she told me there was another problem, its gonna be longer. I can not get another car because this is on my credit, my insurance company sent me every conversation with her and the payments they made. I think this company is fraudulently taking money and I have some my homework and I am a paralegal so I have reported this business to every authority. It still needs to be looked into from the business side, I don't want this happening to anyone else!
Refund I want this to be cleared from my credit, paid in full which it should be. I also want them to be sanctioned from both states Tennessee and Florida from shady practices. I don't think they should be allowed to do this to people. I already contacted every authority that I know to contact on this type of fraud.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") appreciates the opportunity to respond to the concerns of its customers. However, as demonstrated by the contracts signed by Ms. and the records maintained by Pace, the current complaint is without merit. It is particularly important to note that Pace did not sell and does not have any obligation to service the *** product about which Ms. is complaining. Although Pace is a stranger to the *** product purchased by Ms., as a knowledgeable participant in the industry, and by having the same goal as Ms. to resolve her indebtedness, Pace tried to assist Ms. with the processing of her *** claim.
Pace learned about this loss on or about May 25, 2018 when it was contacted by *** Insurance (not Ms.). *** wanted to know how much Ms. owed on the damaged vehicle, upon which Pace has a lien. Pace reached out to Ms.' *** provider so that the *** provider would pay Pace any amounts which *** would not pay. The *** provider advised that it needed the accident report and that Ms. had a copy of same. *** sent over its calculation of obligations to pay, on June 8, 2018. Pace contacted Ms. to request the accident report requested by her *** provider. On June 21, 2018, Pace received a copy of the accident report from Ms.. Pace responded to every communication from Ms., ***, and the *** provider on the same day received. Pace further advocated for increased benefits for Ms. anytime it was invited to participate in the processing of Ms.' claim. Ms.' complaints should be directed to those companies that are under an obligation to provide the services she demands. Pace's professional efforts to assist Ms. only deserve praise.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I understand that *** is an entity of itself. I was not informed that they ever were working in my favor at all. The only time I was contacted repeatedly was to get information that had to be paid for out of pocket or to resend and resend documents. The documents that were lost, not faked or someone was on vacation and the documents were left in the "to do file". Secondly, when I tried to get information, so I could call and find out about *** for my own records, I was given the wrong information and the wrong *** insurance company. They don't deserve praise. They have done nothing in my favor, they did take me to the cleaners. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Pace computer records do not reflect Ms. version of events. Pace was owed a debt by Ms.. Ms. purchased a *** product from someone other than Pace. The *** provider was obliged to pay Pace the difference between the amount Ms. owed Pace and the value of the damaged vehicle. Pace never misrepresented any facts to Ms. and more importantly Ms. never relied upon and statements of Pace that caused her actual harm. That Ms. is displeased with the time within which her *** claim was resolved is beyond Pace's ability to fix. Pace relies upon its records to confirm that it performed its duties properly. Pace seeks only to be paid the benefit of the bargain it agreed to assume when it purchased Ms.' promise to pay and denies it committed the wrongs complained of by Ms..
Refusing to Reverse Payment
This company for the 2nd time has refused to reverse a 2nd payment that was made to them on the exact same day. The customer service representatives as well as the supervisors stated they are unable to reverse payments and that I would need to contact my bank. The bank has told me Pace Financial are capable of declining one of the payments but they are completely refusing. The CSRs as well as the supervisors for this company are very rude and are not out to help the customers and clearly are stealing customers money.
I would like my refund back in the amount of 361.15 that they know was not owed to the and had already pulled $365 out of my account.
Company Sold loan without contacting me and then stopped reporting a 2 year ontime payment history and account all together.
This company has terrible customer service they call the day before payment is due and then every day there after and are very nasty. I made all of my payments on-time , within the time frame given and then Pace sold my loan to another company named Dealer finance in Kentucky, without contacting me or my permission. I am not sure how it is legal to put someone into a new contract without signing for it. So, I had to track the company down myself to make a payment, so that it was not late. This has destroyed my credit history. They started a new loan in my name, showing only a one month history and then Pace Finance went on to completely erase my credit history with them, so now, I have lost 2 years of good payment history. Very Crooked!
I want this placed back on my credit, showing my payment history, that it is a zero balance or has been transferred. I would like Dealer finance to in some way report that this was a transferred loan not a new loan.
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace') regrets that Mr. is upset by the sale of his account, but respectfully submits that consumer permission is not necessary for the sale of an account, an ordinary commercial event. Pace sold Mr. account to a well-respected and competent finance company that was obliged to give Mr. notice of the sale, continue following the terms of the contract and the law, and report its experiences with Mr. to the credit reporting agencies. The purchasing finance company did not "open" a new account, but did assign its own account number to Mr. account. Pace has not erased Mr. payment history with the credit reporting agencies, but has designated the account as sold. This fact is confirmed by the attached 1-26-18 "soft pull" from Equifax (a soft pull does not show as a credit inquiry affecting credit score) showing that 17 payments were made and there were no derogatory remarks. Likewise, as part of its attention to the accuracy of its records, Pace previously ran a soft pull on this account on January 17, 2018 and it showed the same (attached). The sale of the account should have no effect upon Mr. credit score. Even though Mr. contends that he "had to track down the purchasing company to make a payment, so that it was not late" and therefore confirms he did not miss a payment or suffer any penalty, the purchaser of the account was not marking any of the purchased accounts (such as Mr.) as delinquent for missing or making late the first payment occurring after transfer. But if Mr. has proof to the contrary, Pace will make every effort to help resolve same.
Pace does not call customers until AFTER the customer fails to make payment on the due date. Pace expects its employees to treat everyone with respect. Further, review of Pace records show that because Mr. payments were made on or before their due date, Pace never initiated an outbound call to Mr.. However, Pace records show that MRS. was an authorized person on this account and that she regularly called IN to Pace to make payment and transact ordinary business. Pace has no record of speaking with Mr. after the account was opened. If Mr. would like to further discuss this matter or has some documents which bear upon these issues , my contact information is provided.
Thank you for your personal attention.
Keep getting harassing phone calls about mine and my husbands accounts stating they are at risk.
Yes, I was told that both mine and my husbands accounts were at risk, and when I check on the website I only owe for this month and there is almost 2 months charges and when I try to email someone because I work fulltime and can't make phone calls during the day, all I get back are you have to call us and no explanation about why the balances are so high. When I ask about the balances its always late fees and everything else involved. But if we are being charged a whole months car note for a late fee then that is ridiculous. And they won't provide anything in writing for me, no payments or anything. I am very upset because I am in the hospital making this complaint as we speak.
I need to know the answers to everything that I am asking. I need my account and my husbands account explained thoroughly and in detail of all of the charges because all I get is well this is what it is with no explanation at all.
Based upon the activity upon Mrs. account, as distinct from the account of her husband, which also requires analysis, Pace Financial, LLC would appreciate another few days to prepare its response.
However, insofar as Mrs. account has been very past due and with declined payments and broken promises, she has regularly emailed Pace asking to be called about her account, and her generally pleasant exchange of information with the customer service representative working with her, her allegations of harassment are unwarranted.
Although at no time prior to this complaint has Mrs. directly asked for an accounting, Pace will provide her a payment history for her account and the account of her husband.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I want more of an explanation. That is not good enough. I shouldn't have to ask for anything about my account. I have asked for a receipt book and other things from them and they say that they do not provide them. As well as the fact that I have an entirely new checking account and they will not let me send checks or pay by check. I want this resolved ASAP. SO I want to know what they are going to do about this.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I still am not satisfied with this answer. Again I do have a new checking account and I do not have a debit card. I just need to be able to make all payments using my new checking account number. That is what I need to know
Pace Financial, LLC ("Pace") takes very seriously any customer complaint or inquiry. Mrs. mention of her new checking account are consistent with her prior explanations or justifications for inconsistent payment. On October 18, 2017, Pace mailed directly to Mr. and Mrs. a complete and detailed print-out showing the original balance, each and every payment made, any contractually permitted charges (such as late payment charges or NSF fees), and again made plain that Pace stands ready to discuss their accounts and how they might best keep moving forward to satisfying their contractual obligations. Pace believes it has fulfilled all reasonable expectations, but stands ready to further respond, if needed. Thank you for your personal attention.
