I appreciate Rhoda's yearly reminder--it's time to have my furnace serviced She is always very pleasant My last appointment was handled by Bob He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing Very courteous and took his time to be sure my furnace was "good to go" !
Justin was an excellent Heatmasters representative After some mixup with the first service rep, Justin came promptly and explained exactly what he was doing He was very good-humored and conscientious I learned much more about how my boiler works than I had previously known
On October 20, we had Heatmasters service our boiler which we do every year as they are very close by is one of the reasons we have done business with them for over years The serviceman MrDavid *** came out to our home and provided our yearly boiler and (2) HWH cleaning service He was extremely helpful and advised us that we needed to replace our relief valve; which we did Impressed that the service was and replacement valve was all completed in a short period of time We know it's only been a day and the beginning of winter; having said this hope the relief valve replacement stays working throughout the season as we've had this valve replaced in the past and has been operating for several years

I called Heatmasters for service on my A/CJuanita was very helpful on the phone when she called me back and actually partially figured out what could be wrong and told me what to do to prepare for the service call Rene, the technician, called me to tell me he was on his way, He was very pleasant and professional He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was able to fix it He also answered all of my numerous questions and gave me tips on what to watch out for if the problem I had came up again I would recommend them both to anyone that needed repair service with their A/C
