I am rejecting this response because:There is nothing that I found in the terms and conditions link provided that should have prevented this order being cancelled prior to the item shipping (which is, according to the terms and conditions, is the time in which a contract is accepted). Furthermore, I was informed by the customer service department that to return the item I would need to incur additional charges (over half the price of the ottoman in this case). This is not an acceptable resolution. I have since this first message received the shipping notification despite the several requests to cancel the order, and I have notified the shipper, Fed-Ex, that this order was not authorized and should be returned to sender without delivering to my residence. I would like an immediate and full refund to my credit card through Paypal. I have also started the dispute process with both Paypal, and my credit card company directly. Please refund my money and review your customer service policies so this does not happen to other unsuspecting people.

customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost for Buyer’s remorse reasons. When an item arrives damaged or defective Overstock will assume responsibility of the return shipping cost. Our customer has the option to set up returns online, through their Overstock account. To assure returns are set up for the correct reason, we ask our customer to contact customer care directly. Please know all products are subject to an inspection, if it is determined the item is not defective customers will be held responsible for return shipping. On 9/28/2016, our customer emailed Overstock customer care concerning the return. At this time a return has been initiated for the correct reason “Manufacture Defect”. A new label was generated to have Overstock pay for the return shipping cost. Our customer has been called, and a voice message was left. I am rejecting this response because: The Back of the dresser should have been sent the first time, I spent well over 140$ between the George Washington bridge, gas and parking just to bring the missing piece back to NYC. That expense should not be incurred by me. At no time did Overstock offer to pick up the 2nd delivery that had to be sent to NJ, In fact, I was on chat with this company for 20 minutes and the lady I chatted with although very polite, at no time was remotely HELPFUL or UNDERSTANDING of the inconvenience and logistics. I pleaded with them to take the responsibility of opening these heavy boxes and sending me the missing piece only so I wouldn't have to hurt myself trying to lift, move , open and repack these boxes alone. They refused. That is not being accommodating to the consumer in any way shape or form. I had to open 3 gigantic and heavy boxes to find a packing slip, of which there was none, figure out what pieces to cherry pick from the boxes, re pack the boxes and call to have them re shipped. Shall I send the receipt from my 3 visits to the chiropractor to help me after I lifted these dumb boxes by myself, because I will... This was an enormous inconvenience, and it was handled in a very unprofessional manner from the get go. How in Gods name would a consumer know that a back of a dresser was not included in the original packaging? I am not a furniture maker. I am a girl who needed an affordable dresser. The situation has escalated to the point where the dresser cost more emotionally and financially then I intended to spend and that is not my fault, it's yours. Electing to hire someone to put it together is on me. The rest, is on you. As I said initially, 40$ is an insult considering the time, money and aggravation I incurred because of your ineptitude. Make a respectful and fair offer. I believed the Revdex.com was in the business of protecting the consumer from unfair and unprofessional business practices so I contacted you for guidance and assistance.

receive the three (3) Westinghouse Brentford 52-Inch Reversible Five-Blade Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans as originally ordered on 12/14/2017-Customer was shipped replacement order and again received three (3) Westinghouse 66496 Single-Light Wall Brackets on 12/22/2017 and did not receive the three (3) Westinghouse Brentford 52-Inch Reversible Five-Blade Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans as originally ordered on 12/14/2017-Customer contacted Overstock on 12/23/2017 asking that the original order be fulfilled for the three (3) Westinghouse Brentford 52-Inch Reversible Five-Blade Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans-Customer contacted Overstock on 12/27/2017 and was told that the Westinghouse Brentford 52-Inch Reversible Five-Blade Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans were out of stock and order could not be completed.-Customer was contacted by Overstock on 12/28/2017 and was offered a $100.00 credit and told that Overstock could not honor the price of the fans at the original price of $38.99 due to current cost of $298.00 each. -As of 1/3/2018 Overstock has no indication of a return of the incorrect items that were delivered.-In an effort to resolve this issue, Overstock is willing to offer customer a $250.00 credit and be allowed to keep or dispose of the six (6) Westinghouse 66496 Single-Light Wall Brackets. I am rejecting this response because: Overstock.com in their last response said that if I wasn't happy with the options, I could return the item(s). However, when Overstock.com advised that they would price-match, I got rid of my old beds, so returning the beds is not an option which I mentioned previously. Overstock.com also advised that if I let them know within seven days (which I did) Overstock.com that I still had unresolved issues, my complaint would be reviewed. Photos of the damages on the furniture were provided to Overstock.com and I considered $400 reasonable compensation. Also the price-match Overstock refunded was short $30 from what I asked for. So to resolve this matter, I am requesting $430.00 which I consider to be fair and equitable. With respect to the fact that this furniture was listed on Overstock.com's website under the fictitious company name Luca Home is an issue that has not been dealt with because Overstock.com still has Grupo Dupen's whole line of furniture listed as being from Luca Home, a company that dies not exist. Other customers are continuing to purchase this brands products for very high prices because they are unable to comparison shop because of Overstock.com's failure to provide the true manufacturer of this furniture.

If the customer does not have a Coinbase account, they will need to make an account with the email address provided on the order and they can then transfer the funds from the Coinbase account to their preferred Wallet. I am rejecting this response because:The tracking number provided shows that the order has not gone out and will not arrive today. Plus, it shows it's a package that weighs 60 lbs.
