We used Bella Vista General Contractor & they did a very good job of renovating a room in our dental office including new flooring. They were very professional and detail oriented. Mike offered some recommendations that made the place look better. We would definitely use them again.

Just finished up our appointment with JohnHe arrived on time as scheduledI found him very knowledgeable, honest and in comparison to the other quote we received from another roofing company - extremely reasonableIf you have any roofing needs or issues, I would not hesitate to call Bella Vista and ask for John
Bella Vista was very fast to respond to my bid requestThey set up an appointment, ZAC called the day before to confirm, and he showed up on timeHe was very honest about our needs and gave us a free bid.Turns out, we didn't need the work done as desperately as originally thoughtIn the future, when we need roofing work, Bella Vista General Contractor will be the first call we make

John is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've come across for water damage casesI ever hired a lawyer to help with a claim, and John still was even more helpful than our lawyerThey are experts in their field and they have tremendous experience and expertise in helping you fight for your rightsHighly recommend these guys

Review: I Called Otis Elevator company which has contract for elevator maintenance . One evening during after hours, I got my elevator stuck in second floor. I called company, and they sent a tech, who came and spent exactly two minutes to reset the elevator. no repair at all.
I get a bill for $ 765.50.
Before I called tech, I asked the phone support how much it costs. they did not want to respond to that question.
I feel the what I was charged was way too much for what service was provided. Total time my technician spent at my site is literally less than five minutes. I want this bill to be cancelled and sent another invoice with proper amount appropriate to the service they are providing.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment that reflects the service rendered.
Review: This is a copy of a letter we sent on August 2nd. Otis has not helped us at all.To whom it may concern:Our Inclinator was purchased in late 2013. The machine was purchased because we live in a 2 story raised ranch with the only rooms downstairs being a laundry room, garage and a family room. We are both handicapped. Our home is tall since the property is along a river the home had to be built from the ground up so we have 2 full flights of stairs to get into the main house.Since we have owned this machine it has malfunctioned 5 times with Otis being called to repair it each time and each time being worse than the previous time. [redacted] is a 79 yr old heart transplant patient who received his new heart in 2006 at [redacted] in [redacted]. Since then his heart has gone into congestive heart failure. He is also in stage 4 kidney failure and most recently under a lung Drs care for fluid around his lungs. He has had them tapped twice in the last 4 months removing 1.7 ltrs the first time and 1.5 ltrs the second. They need to be tapped again. He is out of breath all the time just walking level ground.[redacted] was born with Rheumatoid Arthritis that went undiagnosed until she was 2. RA does a lot of damage quickly and it affected all her joints. In 1999 she had a total hip replacement with bone grafting of the hip. Unable to return home she was put in a nursing home for rehab until she could master the 2 flights of stairs. At that time she was also told she would need a new knee on the other side. That still has not been done but became more of a reality 2 years ago when she broke her knee cap in a fall at the house and they would not operate without doing a replacement. The knee no longer bends and stairs must be done one at a time with the other leg that has the replacement. On July 21 2014 [redacted] came home to find [redacted] stuck in the Inclinator on the first floor. He had been there over 30 minutes. The unit would not move and it took both of them to get the door to open. Otis was called. They came out on July 23, the same repairman as in the past. He went through the machine for 2 hours and tested it numerous times before he left. Right after he left, [redacted] got in and went to the first floor where the unit would not stop and kept trying to go down. The door would not open. [redacted] had his cell phone with him and quickly called Otis to get the repairman back since he hadnt had time to get too far away. The unit was still trying to run being unable to go any farther down with the bottom of the unit and a cement pad. While speaking to the repairman who had only gotten to the next town over and was trying to get back, the unit started to have a very foul smell and the enclosed Inclinator shaft started filling with smoke. None of the safety features would allow [redacted] out of the unit. The Otis repairman drove as fast as he could to get back as [redacted] was on the floor trying to get fresh air from under the door and then holding his breath and banging on the lock trying desperately to get out. He got out just as the repairman was getting to the house. The repairman had to come into the home, check the unit and get all the windows and doors open to get the smoke and foul smell out of the house as well as to get fresh air to the 7 yr old pug that was trapped on the second floor. The repairman checked the unit, cut all the power to it and made some phone calls. [redacted] arrived home and drove [redacted] to [redacted] to be treated for smoke inhalation. The following day we contacted a company to get the smoke and fumes out of the house and the estimate is over $9,300! We have had to seal off the shaft and run the air conditioning with the windows open for 5 days to be able to stay in the house. Normally the unit works well when first repaired. Within weeks it develops a horrible rattle and someone gets stuck in the unit. There have been 5 episodes so far. The first time was within weeks of the install when the carpenter was here doing finish work and he took the unit to the first floor. It would not move after that. We were told the unit loosened itself beyond the lower level and being a new unit we accepted that. The second time [redacted] was alone in the unit and came upstairs. The unit stopped and the door would not open. The unit would not move. [redacted] was able to get her out of the unit from the outside, again Otis was called and the unit repaired. The third time both [redacted] and [redacted] were in the unit heading upstairs. The unit lost power and they were stuck half way with no cell phone on them. By turning the key off and waiting then turning it on so it would charge enough to come up a couple inches they did this until they reached the top and could get out. Again Otis was called and the battery or charger was removed and eventually replaced. That took over a week before the unit was repaired. We were never told why it burnt out but now suspect it was due to the wiring. The fourth time was the Monday before the fire when [redacted] was stuck on the first floor and then the fire was 2 days later.Otis Elevator has been very good to us. The repairman excellent. Inclinator will not return a phone call or even bother to come out and inspect their faulty unit where [redacted] almost died. Ironic that a company who makes their living off of handicapped people have now put us in this situation. We cant stay in our home like this and Inclinator has basically taken away our independence. Inclinator wants to once again put a part in the unit. We say this unit which they have not bothered to inspect is not safe. How they feel they can put in a part after the stress the machine has been under all these months being wired incorrectly and having the wrong size relay is beyond us. The shaft rattles like it is bent, we have no idea just how much of the wiring is now bad, the motor was put under stress trying to keep moving when it no longerDesired Settlement: We originally wanted this unit replaced but since Otis who we purchased the machine from is not helping us nor are we getting a response from Inclinator out of **, we feel if the unit was replaced or fixed we will not get service and once the warranty is gone we will be stuck with a pile of useless metal just as we have now. In the month of October [redacted] has spent 3 out of the 4 weeks in 3 different hospitals. The need for this unit is great and we need to deal with a co who will give service.
Review: I was tricked into signing a long term contract when I was first contacted by Otis. We took over the contract from the previous owner since he recommended them for some reason. We first had to deal with them when the city inspector came and found us in violation for service out of date. These people continued to collect fees and never serviced the building. When we attempted to get out of the contract they refused and said we signed and are stuck for 5 years. When we demanded immediate service for an issue that was due directly to them it took weeks for them to get to the building. We did some research and all of these companies lock you in with no way of getting out. This is unfair practice and does not allow the customer freedom for better pricing and service. Otis is double the cost of any other service provider.Desired Settlement: We would like out of our contract and never have to deal with them again. It is no way to conduct business if you hold people to contracts that you forced on them in the beginning of a business relationship. If the relationship is bad then the customer should not have to deal with the service provider after paying for the current period service.
