I have reviewed the complaint and requested our Shipping Specialist to place a tracer and claim on each order that was not received. I have also requested our Compliance Liaison to place new orders with rush shipping for #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted]. I will follow up with you via email at [redacted] with updated order information as soon as it becomes available. I will be able to also assist you with a refund for the shipping costs for each order, however I found that most orders were paid for by the Designer. I may request for the shipping charges to be refunded back to the card on file (hers) and may work with both the Designer and yourself to assist with the refunds. I can also request a check refund sent to each customer. If so please provide me proof of payment via cancelled check or bank statements along with each customers contact information (name, address and number).

Attached you will find the Cancel Anytime Lease Contract and Life of Lease Warranty for your reference.On February 6, 2015, our customer called in regards to not having a vehicle while her vehicle was in the repair facility. Lease contracts do not come with any type of rental assistance; however, as a one-time exception, we offered rental reimbursement of up to $25.99 per day during the time the vehicle was in the repair facility.On February 7, 2015, our customer called in regarding the rental reimbursement. She advised that she could not afford to pay for the rental up front. We advised that we could assist her by providing a per diem account credit of $72.73 for the five days the vehicle was in the repair facility. We also credited the account $75.00 for the tow our customer paid for out of pocket.On February 20, 2015, our customer informed us that the vehicle was not starting and had to go back to the repair facility.On February 23, 2015, our customer informed us that the vehicle was still in the repair facility and a diagnostic was being conducted. We advised that once the diagnosis was called into [redacted], we would review for possible assistance. We advised that a per diem account credit could be offered.On February 26, 2015, our customer called in regarding the additional per diem credit. However, the repair facility was still waiting on the radio part to arrive. Our customer resumed possession of the vehicle until the part arrived. We decided to wait until all of the repairs were completed before submitting for the last credit.At this time, the per diem credits are the only assistance we have available to our customer. This resolution does not guarantee that I will have the item I ordered in time for Christmas. In addition, if the pre-paid postage label that is to be mailed to me requires me to print it, that is another issue, as I do not even own a printer.
Once again, this is the company's issue for sending me the incorrect item. I am being extremely inconvenienced in dealing with all of this. I have now wasted well over an hour on this issue, considering I was on the phone with Customer Service for over one hour last evening.
I am requesting the correct charm ASAP, as well as a partial refund for this inconvenience. Neither of those were fully addressed in the company's Revdex.com reply.

I just wanted to follow up with you today regarding Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] for [redacted]. I have been advised the ticket transfer has been processed by the appropriate department. I have also been informed this was not addressed due Origami Owl being unable to locate any information as the Designer [redacted] inputting her last name incorrectly into the system. Her last name is spelled “[redacted]” and it was entered into our system as “[redacted]”.
Please let me know if you need any further information so we may consider this issue as resolved.
