i did receive merchandise on Dec 13. this complaint ios resolved, however, company sent email stating do no use www.origami owl.com.
If this is not correct web mail address, it should be removed. They said this site is not monitored. Also, someone should answer their phone and complaints would not be placed.

As most of the items from your stock are not considered refundable, we will be able to accept the items for a refund. We have provided you with a list of the items received along with a list of the retired items we are willing to accept for a refund. Please review and confirm if you wish to continue with the return of the retired items. If you wish to continue with this return, please advise so we may assist with another prepaid shipping label to assist with your return. reviewed the complaint for order #[redacted] and found we sent a return shipping label to your email on 01/06/14 with return tracking number #[redacted] which by [redacted] and our records was never used. Once a label is created it has a 7 day lifetime before it expires. I have confirmed with our Shipping Department this is the only label we have sent as well to your address. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Oh man where do I start. I have filed an claim once before on February 20. 2014 and the case number is [redacted]. They then told you that they were going to resolve this matter as they did not. I emailed the lady to handle this claim on 2/21/14 and on 3/10/14 she has not tried to fix this matter in any way. I ordered this necklace for an breast cancer survivor who is an wonderful Godmother to my children. I am so outraged at how she has never received the locket I ordered from this company and it was ordered on December 15. 2013. I will never ever order from this company again as they never took the time to even resolve this issue with me even if the merchandise is not being sent. I am now out of $60 some dollars and still have no locket necklace as this was an Christmas Gift. This is now going on 5 months and there is no sense in it!At this point I want the full refund and to never hear about this company ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
