Ordered products beginning in January. Have never received the products and all attempts to contact the customer service team have been exhausted.

I have heard nothing about my order that was placed on March 8, 2020. I have attempted to ask when I will receive my order on *** but have had no response.

I ordered a necklace from this company on January 24th. I still have not received my item. I have tried to contact them multiple times to have a refund issued as I haven’t reviewed anything 3 months later. They now just refuse to response to any of my concerns or emails. I just want my money back which was a total of $22.94. This was suppose to be an Easter gift and I had to order something different to replace it.

I ordered some jewelry and a T-shirt back in January 2020 tracking said at the end of February 2020 it was undeliverable even tho they had the correct address I’ve contacted them twice to ask them to refund my money Or send merchandise again and nothing yet so far April 2020. Rip off and stealing my money.

Product never sent and multiple contacts unanswered. Scam. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order with this company and did take a screenshot of my order number (***), but never received an email with my confirmation. The funds were removed from my account. I have emailed this company and message them on their *** page with no response. I have called the number for the company and it goes straight to voicemail telling you to email them

Hello. Scam alert. I ordered two turtle necklaces, plain for mum and vintage for me. Plain for mum came after a month. It definitely doesn't look like the one on their site (a packet from China), instead of a stone in a turtle shell we have something like a glowing powder and is much smaller than they depict. A second necklace has not even been sent. I wrote e-mails to them and I was ignored, I wrote on *** and I was blocked. I sent *** a refund request and was ignored. In addition, I ordered two necklaces at intervals of the day but got the same turtle for two different orders, for two different people. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Placed an order from them on Feb 5. Website does state it would ship between 10-20 days. Now over 30 days nothing has been shipped. I have emailed order inquiries to them several different times and days with no response and phone just goes to voicemail and states to email them.

I ordered the product back in January. When ordered it had a three day processing time and 10 day ship time. After a few days I received notice it was back ordered and would ship in about 10 days. I contacted them after two weeks with no response. Item was paid for through ***. After filing a dispute to obtain a refund through ***, *** was sent a tracking number. As of March 17, 2020 the tracking info still stated preparing package dated February 18, 2020. I have sent messages to their customer support and facebook page with no response.

I ordered a necklace from this group and emailed them several times for an order status. I only got one "form" response since placing the order on 1/28/20 and it said your order is in process. I found out today that this is a fradulent company and many other people have had issues like mine.

The trackable, turtle necklace was purchased for my friend as a gift. The website stated that once you received the necklace you would also receive information on how to activate the tracker. The only paperwork that was received was written in Chinese. Every time I’ve tried to call the 800 number, the message states, all representatives are busy, please email us I’ve emailed many times and have only received one response that did not rectify the issue.

Ordered a product from said company on 1/27/2020 order #***. Never received product. Tried emailing 3 times never responds. Tried calling goes straight to message. "All repesentives are busy please email us at ..."

Ordered a necklace on 2/8/20. Received an email that the order was shipping on 2/19/20 with a tracking number. Website states: "We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends." That clearly didn't happen. Regarding shipments, the website states: "Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-14 days depending on location." When trying to track the package, it constantly comes back with "Tracking Not Registered." I called them for assistance and an automated message states their agents are busy and reach them by email. I sent multiple emails asking for delivery status and have yet to receive a response.

I made a purchase on January 27th, from their website: two turtle necklaces and a t-shirt. I never received my items. One necklace was claimed to have shipped but the address was so botched that it was immediately returned. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business to no avail.

I have sent this company several emails about not receiving my package as I put my order in on 2/7/2020. They took more than 3 weeks to give my my tracking number and that was me emailing them everyday until then. The tracking number they have given me doesn’t work and I got the on 2/26/2020. I try everyday to contact them. I have now asked for a refund and they will not contact me after that.

I have several issues. First they falsly advertised we could track a turtle we were helping to save with our purchase which was lies then they do not answer phone calls or emails and delete comments and bad reviews on *** where they advertise so unssuspecting potential victims have no idea

The product that I purchased from wildlife mission, was a turtle necklace. The necklace was not as described on their website, and I bought it under fraudulent claims provided on their website. They said that it was a handmade necklace with environmentally friendly metals. The pictures provided on the website look completely different than the product that I got in the mail. What makes matters worse, is that I ordered two of them, and they will not refund the money- even though my necklaces are nothing like they described or is even pictured.

Ordered jewelry on 2/7. Recieved order#. Have had no other communication. Tried to call 4 times, voice referee to use website contact us email. I did so three times. No communication. Reported fraud to credit card company, was advised to contact Revdex.com.
