This business is a scam! My wife purchase an item from their website and never received it and when we have tried calling and email the company we get the number has been disconnected and no response from the emails.
I ordered some necklaces from them on March 10, never received the necklaces. I found out the necklaces ship from China! I asked for a refund within their 30 business day refund period,on April 17 and was told I would get one within a few days. That was on April 27, it is now May 14 and they are saying they cannot cancel my order or refund my money.
On April 28, 2020, I placed an order to be used as a Mother's Day gift for my daughter for a turtle necklace. On the 30th, my credit card was charged $31.98, and along with an order confirmation, I received a notification that due to the covid situation, delivery of the item would probably take 10 days longer than usual. I continued to attempt contact with their email and never received notification that the item had been delivered. I talked to my daughter today (5-14) and she has never received the item. I tried calling both numbers listed and each is no longer working. I have contacted my bank to register a complaint/dispute and wanted to file a complaint with the Arizona Revdex.com as well.
Have not received any info on turtle tracking, should have according to their website have within 10 minutes. I've called, number is disconnected, emailed MULTIPLE times, *** messaged and left *** comments with NO RESPONSE. I plugged in order number and it says it doesn't exist
I recently have made a purchase from a business, which at the time, I did not know was a scam. The purchase was 31 dollars, for a mothers day turtle necklace. I paid an extra 5 dollars for "insured shipping" which was supposed to cover any damage, lost/stolen packages and a postal tracking number. I later found out, that was also a lie, because they dont cover any packages after they ship, I also never recieved any information on my package. I tried to contact them multiple times, by email, their text help line, *** messages, *** comments and phone calls. All of which were ignored and they blocked me from *** messages after I asked about my package.
I purchase a necklace from this company on February 5 2020 as a Valentines Day gift. I paid $7.95 extra for expedited shipping. I did not receive the item until March 6, 2020. It literally took THREE WHOLE MONTHS to receive the item. It is basically pointless to have the item at this point. In addition, the necklace is not quality at all. It is extremely cheap material. Looks like something you would get from a quarter machine. Their website states the necklace is crafted out of quality materials. What a joke. I wouldn't pay anything for this necklace. And again, it arrived Three Months after purchasing. I would like a full refund please.
This company advertises on *** that they donate a portion of proceeds to help sea turtles, and that you get a personal turtle to track, etc. They just copied another company and use their photos to falsely advertise. After over a month of waiting for the item I ordered, it is not as pictured/described on the site. Instead of a lava stone in the shape of a turtle, it’s just a cheap piece of plastic. Also, the “turtle tracking site” is also not legitimate. I want a refund of the $22 I paid for this birthday gift for my husband. It is just a cheap mass produced bracelet that came from China (really, the tracking ended up coming from China). So disappointed in this. They should be shut down for false advertising. I wish I had dug a little deeper before purchasing. I don’t think they donate anything to help sea turtles and don’t care about the environment. They just care about scamming people out of 20 bucks at a time.
This company is a scam and I wish I had researched before placing an order. I placed an order 3 months ago. It took a month before I received any tracking information on my order. Now my order says that it can no longer be found. I have made multiple attempts to contact them with no response. After doing some research, the *** stated that this company is fraudulent and does not partner with them. Nor does the money go towards rescuing sea turtles.
I ordered a shark necklace and immediately received an email that shipping was delayed due to Covid-19. No big deal. About a week later I received an email stating that the necklace had shipped, but the tracking number was invalid. It has been almost a month since my necklace "shipped" and haven't received anything. The shipping number is still invalid as well. I tried contacting them and didn't get a reply. Don't waste your money. It's a scam.
I ordered an anklet on feb 11th. Today makes 3 months I have not received it. They charged my account. I demanded a refund never got one. I was told they needed to check with the usps. Threatened to report them and still nothing.
Placed an order 1/1/2020 for Buy 2 Get One Free turtle necklaces from this company. It took almost 2 months but I finally got 1 of the necklaces (listed on the order as the Free one). Now its over 5 months since I ordered and dozens of e-mails and messages and I've still not revived the last 2 product. Whenever I do get a response, its the same auto-responses over and over about how they are looking into it, but never actually addressing anything I've said in my messages. I've send pictures of my order and asked for either a different product or a refund, again no actual response, just auto-mated ones.
Ordered on 3/9/2020, Finally received a tracking number but have never received the product. I have gotten one reply but no results after. I truly believe this company is a fraud.
Order placed on April 17th. Contacted via email, many times, same *** answer, "item is in the shipping channel" it will arrive in 10-20 days." I even ask them to verify tracking and shipping carrier, nothing. I recommend that this site be shut down immediately. I guess I should have been more diligent is checking the validity of the site. Although, in 2020, I would hope the Revdex.com would be able to shut sites/business like this down more efficiently.
ordered merchandise,but am unable to get in touch with company. I was skeptical about the company to begin with, and after not receiving reply emails and no one available via phone, I am even more worried they took my money. Worse still, they have my credit card number on file. I concerns me that they have an F rating on your site, and they have my info with no word on shipment of my merch. I would rather not have the merchandise at this point, and would appreciate a refund.

I have previously ordered a save the turtle necklace from Wildlife Mission for $24. My order number was *** and was ordered on March 1. I allowed plenty of time for item to be sent and according to companies website policies and that they will send email when it ships which was never sent. I emailed them back and forth as to where my package was and was told it was lost in the mail and they would send another. Again time went by never received another necklace and tried emailing back and forth simply asking for a refund because at this point were over a month and a half with no product sent to us. They said when the orders are confirmed they won't do a refund because they process them immediately. I disputed the charge with my credit card company *** and I also tried to call the number on the Wildlife Mission website and the number is invalid and does not work. I am now starting month number 3 with no product and no one to get ahold of. I have submitted another dispute again with ***. I can provide emails with Wildlife Mission and a confirmation of the dispute I filed with *** as I'm still waiting for them to reach out due COVID-19 things are delayed.
I ordered a necklace from this company. When I still hadn't received it after one month, I attempted to contact the company. I sent several emails & made several phone calls attempting to contact them about delivery. I received a computer generated message in response to the email. I got a recording when I called then nothing.
I placed an order a month ago and haven’t received the product. The company is refusing to do anything .
I placed an order with the company back on January 15th,2020 . I did receive one item of my order back on February 7th,2020, and it was in bad shape. I have contacted the company several times by e-mail, but they have not responded back in months. I'm still missing product I spent a good amount of money on. The last time they contacted me was on February 7th, 2020 via e-mail. I have made several attempts to e-mail and call, but no response and the phone goes right to an automatic busy response.
I ordered from this company over a week ago and was suppose to receive email confirmation and tracking info. I have not received either. I have tried by phone and email and through instant messenger on *** and this company will not return my call or comment on my order. The order was not suppose to come out of *** until they send the item. The money was deducted and then never shipped
I ordered 2 necklaces 4 months ago. One stated it was shipped, the other was still pending. I even received an email stating they were back ordered. After multiple attempts, they kept asking me to wait as the package might be quarantined. I was then told a full refund will be issued if they were not received in 2 weeks. The tracking number I was given can "No Longer Be Found". Now I am still awaiting to hear back from them.
