first and for most this company is fruad. I did not even finish my order and they took $200 from my account. I called rate away they said the order was already filled. I recieved on 12/20/18 sent back some day . I have called they say I have not. I have givin them tracking number they said 14 days now its buisness days. it has been that. and now they are saying I have to wait another 14 days.They say I have not called but yet today they said they would listen to recordings to hear that I was told my money would be in my account on 12/13/18 today . So if I have not called how do they have recordings. I would just like my money back. I will be calling everyday till I get money back in my account. They say they have 60 day money back no ?s asked will it is also a 14 day refund so just refund the money. please people do not order from this company they are fruad.

I bought the product on Facebook was charged 4.87 originally. About 2 weeks later I was charged 69.99 then charged again 69.99 on 11/23/18
On October 9th I was charged 4.87$ then on October 24I was charged 69.99$ then charged 69.99 again on November 23. Tried getting in contact with them on multiple occasions. Originally saw the product on Facebook. Never saw anything about having to pay 69.99 as a monthly fee or whatever they are doing.
I need to be refunded and I need to stop being charged by this company.

I was charged twice for product not received nor authorized. They refused to refund my money to my card.

I am in receipt of your letter dated 10/15/2018 -this is unacceptable. I would like to have this matter reviewed and reevaluated as I did not receive product from*** Natural Health. I have had come out of my account twice $79.99 each time for a total of $159.98. I have made numerous requests for evidence of order, delivery, and authorization. I have not received anything.
I am forwarding entire thing to Revdex.com and requesting they file complaint and request.
I want this credited back to my account immediately.
Which should not be an issue as there is no evidence I received as I did not receive either shipment I have been charged with.
In addition, I am filing complaint with legal counsel to pursue further action on this matter. They should not be allowed to charge someone for product they did not order. I was under impression that my account was protected from unauthorized charges and purchases.

Ordered Free Trial off of Facebook. Was billed for two products. Phone numbers given by bank disconnect after 3 rings.
Received product that was supposed to be shipping only. Got product (Slim Natural 20% Forskolin Extract) (Slim Natural Color Health Formula). Only a week after I was billed 7
$79.99 for the one and $69.99 for the other. I did not sign anything or agree to anything in ordering this product. If I agreed to anything, it was to pay the shipping for the free bottles, which I did. I called my bank and discussed with them and they cannot do anything at all. I have been ripped off for $150. I guess they can make money by doing that one time to each customer. I called the number for the charges, (XXX-XXX-XXXX). It rang three times and then disconnected. I had another number for the cleanse product, (XXX-XXX-XXXX), same thing. There is a number on the bottle to call, (XXX-XXX-XXXX) same thing again. I cannot even reach them to complain. I cannot get the money back, I cannot get back the bounced check fees I incurred. I do not want their rotten product. I have learned a valuable lesson. I have had to change my credit card to stop them from continuing to charge me. These businesses should be stopped. They used the "Shark Tank" story as a lead in and from further research, it is a completely different product, but they make you think it is their product. You may want to inform the Shark Tank people that they are tarnishing their name. I am blaming the show and the so-called businessmen on that show. Actually, I am blaming me. Foolish on my part to have bought the *** in the first place.
Would like my money back, but short of that, they need to be stopped from cheating other unsuspecting people. They should not be using "Shark Tank" to trick people into thinking that it is their product that they were talking about.

B12 5000mcg drops
I called their 1800 number and a rather rude girl who obviusly has no desire to deal qith the piblic was most unhelpful. I have bought their 2 fl bottle and their dropper is totallyndefective since the labelnsays one full dropper is 5000mcg but u have to squeeze twice all the time to obtain the whole measure them I bought their bogger bottle which is 4 fl and I dis over not only that the dropper has the same problema but alao tbis dropper is longer therwfore if 5000 mcg is a full dropper in the smaller bottle how it comes in the vigger bottle with a much longer dropper 5000mcg is STILL one dropper? I cant measure properly amd .And they do FALSE advertisement and the person on the phone clearly hates her job and had no interest in helping.

Company refuses to refund money.
My *** checking account was charged in the month of March for Slim Life LLC. My bank disputed the charges but because the company provided them with a document containing my personal information the charges were reversed. In addition to the charges from Slim Life LLC I was also charged two $35 overdraft fee.
My problem is I have never at any time ordered any products from this company, nor have I ever received and products from them. I have attempted to speak to several representatives at the Slim Life LLC call center and they refuse to give me the document stating that I ordered their product. In addition to this, they advised me to contact their legal team to obtain the document, however when I asked for the legal teams information, they refused to provide it to me.
Over the course of two days, I have called this company asking to speak to a supervisor. One representative told me they couldn't transfer me but that someone would call me back, I have yet to receive that call. Today I called again asking to speak to a supervisor and the representative repeatedly told me that she was the best person for the job, even though I asked repeatedly to be transferred to a supervisor.
Yesterday 04/26/18 I went into my bank and sat with the branch manager to try to rectify this situation. She too contacted Slim Life LLC she had a difficult time getting information from them.
I asked to have the two charges one for $69.94 and one for $79.97 refunded to my checking account since I never ordered the product and never received said product. They out right refused.
I am launching this complaint because this company refuses to refund my account, refuses work with me, refuses to allow me to speak to a supervisor, refuses to assist me in any way regarding getting the funds back to my account. This has caused my account to be overdrawn.
I attempted to look up a website for the company but was unsuccessful in finding one. The only contact information I have for them is the following number 1-888-396-2973 given to me by my bank. I was able to get one of the representatives to tell me where the call center was located which is Denver, CO although I cannot be certain that I was given the correct information.
I have been dealing with this matter since 04/25/18 when I noticed the reversed charges on my account. I would not go through all this trouble if I had indeed purchased items from this company. However, I did not make any purchase from Slim Life LLC nor have I received any of their products. I would like a refund to my account as soon as possible. Please help me in this matter
The resolution that I am seeking is a full refund for the two charges to my *** checking account one charge for $69.94 and one for $79.97 The reason I am seeking the full refund is as I previously explained the company is absolutely refusing to work with me and wont allow me to speak to a supervisor. Also, I still have not been given access to this document that Slim Life LLC claims they have with my information on it. When I ask for a copy of it I am told that it can't be given to me. My bank was able to reverse the overdraft fees, I am only seeking the two unauthorized charges from Slim Life LLC.

I have called every number I have been given to resolve this issue and they say they can not find me. I have never gotten a bill nor do I know what this is for or who to contact to get this $79.25 removed from my account and to stop further charges. Unauthorized charge
NutraLife SCAM. They advertised an on line a trial offer of Forskolin for just shipping fees of $5. Today, they charged my credit card in the amount of $79.25. Calling NutraLife to inquire about the fraudulent change I pretty much got the answer "Too bad for you. No refund". They would not allow me to discuss with their supervisor and refused to give me their corporate contact information.
From their deceptive advertising, I want my $79.25 credited back to my card.

This product is advertised everywhere online. I made the mistake of ordering it on a Facebook advertisement. The advertisement had an order today option which I clicked on. There was no place that gave any terms of agreement while ordering. However, I was placed on AutoShip and charged $164 for a product that I was not happy with in the first place. I called the company. They said I could return it for a $20 stocking fee. Consequently, I will be paying $40 to return both products that I never requested. This company is a total scam. Please help others to not make my same mistake.
