I have tried to call the number associated with the charges and the call disconnects every time. They have charged $99.89 on 7/19/20 and 8/17/20 plus the trial of $8.89 on 6/29/20.
I wish to receive no more charges and to receive the $199.78 that I have been charged and never receiving my product.

This must be some kind of automatic response so they can publicly deny any wrong doing. I have recently contacted them and after numerous arguments they refunded part of what was paid but refused to refund it all saying it's the most they could do. Although each time I called they refunded a little more each time so it's not that it's the most they could do it's that they are trying to hold on to as much money as they illegally can.
Scam. you think you are getting 30 day supply for cost of shipping instead you are charged $89.99 for each product.
My story is pretty much the same as the others. I thought I was getting a 30 day trial for the cost of shipping a total of $13.66. Instead, the 15th day after the order I was charged $89.99 for each bottle (Keto and Detox). I called the number to get a refund. I said I would send back the product right away. The best they could do was give me a $40 credit for each bottle and stop any future shipments. This of course was a one time courtesy. What a scam. They made $100 off of me (if I get the refunds) for products that did nothing for me. I hope others check out Revdex.com before purchasing. I will come to this site going forward before purchasing online.
I would like a full refund of the purchase price. $180.00. And I would like them to make the offer clearer to consumers so this doesn't happen to more people.

This company has the worst, sketchiest and most deceitful practices I've come in contact with.
On June 9th, I purchased a trail of Number One Keto. It was delivered on the 15th. On the 26th of June, I was billed for $89. I didn't notice that charge, unfortunately. On July 29th, I was charged again for $89. 3 charges. 2 products were sent. When I called, they said that they auto sign you up (without alerting you) and you have to cancel within 14 days or you will get charged an ADDITIONAL $89, on top of what you paid for the trail. And then they charge you $89 every month after that. After the trial period, they do not email you again with new tracking numbers or any kind of alert.
They refused to refund or partial refund.
I had a weird feeling about it when I first placed the trial order so I read all of the fine print text, NO WHERE did they say this was a reoccurring charge or subscription.
I want a refund of $179.68. I'm fine paying for the trial period, obviously. But anything more than that was not in writing and it was not authorized.

Ordered the free trial. Took a couple of weeks to get. HD it for two weeks when I noticed a $90 charge on my credit card. First off thought I was getting a free sample to try, only had to pay shipping. Nowhere did I see this was a subscription. The minute I seen the charge I cancel immediately. They where good at canceling, but I'm still stuck with the charge. According to the instructions you take a low dose for 30 days to get use to. 30 trial period is a joke its about aweek before you are charged for the product. Didnt get a chance to even send it back.
Like many others in the comment section, I too experienced fraud like and scam activity from this business. They charge your account 85$ plus with no notice or notification during the checkout process that you are signing up for a trial. It actually states this is a one time purchase during the checkout process. When you try and dispute this activity, they go as far as to dispute your dispute with your bank so the full amount is not refunded. I have screenshots that show the checkout process that never mentioned being charged or initiating a trial and scam like activity this business runs on. I will continue to file another Claim and pursue legal action if needed against this disdainful company.
BEWARE of this fraudulent company hiding under the of Youthful Body Plus Keto/Detox, Nutra Life, NumberOneNutra, Number One Keto. They will offer you "FREE SAMPLE" of Number One Keto and you will just pay the shipping of $6.84. This how their scam starts: They ask for your Credit Card Number to be used in the shipping billing of $6.84 THEN will illegally used your Credit Card to bill you $89.84 TWICE for a bottle of Keto and a bottle of Detox. They will steal your hard earn money by billing you per month unless you cancel your Credit Card. I don't know how they still in this business given the fact that there are overwhelming complaints against this company. I AM WARNING EVERYONE: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I disputed their 2 charge of $89.48 once I saw it on my Billings. My Credit Card company immediately cancel my Credit Card and gave me a new one. That's the only way to starve these parasites living off people's hard earn money. I wish that Revdex.com will do an investigation on these illegal business practice and close them down.
This business must be fraudulent. They charged double the price and don't answer the phone.
This company is truly pulling the wool over our eyes. I did not read anything about paying more than the two $6. and cents for the shipment. Weeks later I was charged outrageous amounts. I called and they took half off. Still not enough.
I never received the product for my "trial period" but I was charged $90 for not canceling the trail that I didn't know existed.
I signed up on 4/30 for a trial of number one keto. I never received an email of shipment and never received any product in the mail. I woke up today 5/17 to a charge of $89.94 from my bank acct and had no clue who it was from until I called the number on the charge on my bank acct. The representative advised she was going to issue a credit of $40- less than half of what I was charged and still have received nothing from the company. I asked to speak with management and of course no one was available. The rep told me it was my fault as I could have put in the wrong address. I've lived in the same address for 7 years and the address she provided as on file it the correct address. I'm expecting the full charge to be refunded or I will have to dispute with my bank as I never received anything from them, nor do I want to, and $90 is a high price tag for wasting my own time.
I expect the full charge of $89.95 to be refunded. I was told $40 was to be refunded but that's not showing either.

My wife order me a "free" 30 day trial to try their keto product if we pay shipping. Day 1 when I got it I looked up its reviews and noticed they automatically set up auto ship to people. So we called to cancel the membership and auto ship (day 1. We literally received it today) and the customer service rep said we have to mail it all back or we will be charged the full price of $89 per bottle (came with 2 bottles). How is that a FREE 30 day trial? Now we are out 30 dollars in shipping cost for ordering and sending back and have no products to "Try". That is false advertising at its finest. They are not allowed to say free trial if it is not a free trial. If we liked the product we would of had no issues buying more. But I can't even do what they said I am allowed to do and TRY their products. They need to be held accountable for not honoring their word.
Stop allowing them to say free 30 day trial when we have evidence it is not a free trial.

They have charged360, sent zero product
Tried canceling, nobody answers the phone! Hit my card for two separate purchases of 91.00 two months in a row, for a total of 360.00, they also have not even sent any product! I believe this is a scam, because no matter what number I get and try to call, it rings 1 time and the hoes dead.

I only wish I had read up on this company before ordering a free trial. I received the products and then they started charging my card for future products on what they claim was a subscription which I never authorized. The website says they will send correspondence regarding any further orders which I never received. I called and the agent named Fian - Number 074 tried to tell me that the website says the trial on a 30 day supply is only 17 days and after that they charge you for another shipment. I told her I'd read the information and no where did it say that or I would have canceled it that very day. She said she would cancel any future orders but not refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She then asked me to hold. She came back and offered me a 20 % refund of my money. I told her that was unacceptable and I would be disputing the charges. She then offered me a 75% refund of my money. I told her that was unacceptable as well as I didn't authorize the subscription and I wanted a full refund as I never received any correspondence from them regarding additional charges or a confirmation of further orders. She then said she would issue a full refund within 3-10 business days. I told her thank you for her help. Needless to say, I am going to dispute this with my bank as I don't believe they will do as they have said they would do based upon the other complaints I see below.
I ordered this product from a Facebook add advertising a keto product and detox pill that you ONLY pay shipping on and they took unauthorized money.
On March 12th I ordered the Keto product and Detox product from a Facebook add advertising that you ONLY pay for shipping. On March 16th two transactions of $6.82 for the keto pills and $6.89 for the detox pills went through my account. These transactions are what I authorized. On Tuesday March 31st I noticed two new transactions taken from my account from this business of $89.89 and $89.82 for a TOTAL of $179.71. I did NOT authorize this. I tried calling several times and was either on hold for ages or hung up on before speaking to anyone. I called the customer service line again and finally got through to a representative. I spoke to Marie ID# *** She stated that I had agreed to this payment in the terms and service of the product. I can assure that there was NO terms and services that popped up before ordering the product and NO where did I agree to auto-pay of any sort. After arguing with her forever about this she finally agreed to refund me ONLY 25%. I still have not received this refund.
I want a FULL refund of $179.71. This is unethical, especially during times like these where I cannot work because of what is going on currently. Please and thank you.

I wish I could give this site ZERO stars. For one, Their product is very misleading with who actually endorses it. Secondly, when I ordered two bottles, I only had to pay shipping. It asks you to check or uncheck if you want a reoccurring subscription, I said no. Today, I notice a $90 charge on my account from them. I call.
They said, " oh yeah, you don't have a reoccurring subscription, but this was for the bottles you have in your possession."
"The ones I paid shipping only on? That was the deal?"
"yes. It was shipping only, but if you didn't want to pay for the actual bottles, you had to call us within 17 days."
I unsubscribe. Gave no authorization for future transactions, but in the fine fine fine print there are more stipulations and red tape apparently. I can't even find the original site anymore to read the terms!
So, I also wanted to double check I wasn't getting charged again. The man kept spinning the conversation trying to get me to commit to future orders. I said no. I want nothing more. He would respond with "for a 60% discount, we will send you this this and this" I would say no, AGAIN, and he would continue to tell me what they were going to send me.
By the end of it all, I had to lose my cool, and still not even sure if I'm cancelled for real or not. I had to contact my bank and have future charges from them disputed. It was insane. I went ahead and got a new debit card as well because it is apparent they are shady and will continue to use your account....

I appreciate the apology as this has been a very frustrating experience. I work hard for my money and only wanted to try their product to see if it did what it promised. Unfortunately, when I took their trial pills, it hurt my stomach so I had to stop. I definitely do not recall seeing any information regarding auto-ship/auto-pay. I look for that stuff as I do not like it. I contacted the company for documentation and was told it would be emailed. I have not received that email.
Regardless, I was refunded for 4 charges out of 8 total charges they took. I accept this for 2 reasons.. I'm afraid if I don't accept this, the refund will be taken back. And, because I made the bad choice to try something from an online store without researching more who I was going into business with.
I have received unauthorized charges on my account after requesting a free trial of which I was responsible for shipping on February 20th 2019. Since then, I have been billed 79.99 on March 11 and April 11 of 2019. I have not received documentation of a subscription to this company, nor received anything for these charges. I am requesting a full refund for these charges.

In attempting to resolve the situation with Mrs., we did attempt to issue that customer a refund for those charges. Because those charges were unable to be processed electronically, we asked the customer to verify her address, so we can issue that refund via refund check. We have attempted to verify that customer's address by email, as well as multiple phone calls made on 4/17, at 7:20 am and 10:35 am MST. We are unable to assist the customer because she had not responded to our requests for further information from her.

This company will not issue my refund after ripping me off!
I found an ad on social media regarding the Keto Ultra Diet. It stated I could claim a free trial bottle and pay only shipping of $3.95. Once getting through the process I get a receipt saying I just spent $199.99 for 5 bottles of the pills! NOTHING in this process ever said that I was ordering more than 1 bottle! I contacted this company immediately and of course was not able to get through. I was finally able to speak with someone the next morning and asked to cancel the order. I was told it was tpp late and that it was already being prepared for shipment. However, they did give me all the instructions to return the items. When the package came, I sent it back. I spent $15 to ship this certified back to them. I was told I would receive my refund 10-14 business days after they received the product back and acknowledged it. They received/acknowledged it on Jan 28. The 14th business day fell on Friday Feb 15. Still no refund. I contacted them (I call about every other day) and was told my refund was scheduled for that day however, due to system issues they could not process it. It would be processed as soon as the issues were corrected. Tuesday morning, still no refund. I call again and I am told that the refund is delayed due to a high volume of refunds and that I should have my refund sometime this week also that I will receivean email to confirmthe refund has been sent. Well, it is now Thursday. Still nothing. This is the WORST experience I have ever dealt with. Getting a major runaround!
