Paid expedited shipping to and from company to become notaryA month later and they still have not processed the paperwork and sent the info back
On Janmy wife applied to be a notary to notaries.com in Orlando, FLWe paid expedited shipping to and from the businessWe had not received any information back a week and a half later and we called the company and could not get anyone on the phone, so we left a messageThey did not return our call so we emailed them on Jan 29thThey emailed us back and said our application was incompleteWe signed another page on the application, that was not clear from the beginning that we needed to sign, and sent to the companyIt had been almost two more weeks and still not a word from the company and no notary stampI called once again and someone finally did answer on Feb12th and I was told that the application was either missing or had not yet been finalized and they could not tell me when it would be finalizedI told them I fel

I completed the entire process, including emailing a copy of my notary certificate to the company on 1/31/Even though I received no confirmation of receipt, I called the company on 2/5/at 4:36pm CST to inquire if they had received my certificateUnfortunately, the business was closed & I wasn't able to leave a messageI called again on 2/7/at 8:41am CSTI received the answering machine, so I left my name, the reason I was calling & my call back numberAt 12:29pm CST, I called back because I had not gotten any kind of responseI was able to speak with a customer service agent, who stated she did not see that I had emailed in on 1/I emailed my certificate again & this time, it was receivedI asked her to check & make sure it hadn't been received on 1/She said she did a search for it, but couldn't locate it as the emails are deleted as they are workedI asked for her to rush the process along, so I wouldn't have to wait the entire 10-days as I had already waited a weekShe wanted to transfer me to a sales person so I could pay for overnight or day shipping!! I told her no, I would not pay for something that wasn't my faultI don't believe that the emails should be deleted, so if it was missed (nobody's perfect), that it can be confirmed & the customer be taken care of appropriatelyI did what I was supposed to doI don't think I'll use this company in the future as they don't seem to value their customers

I would never consider using this business again or recommending it to anyone seeking to renew his or her notary public certificateI ordered and paid for my renewal in September and was told that I would receive my certificate when it got it from my state (Illinois)On November 10, when I called them for a status, I told them that I have received my certificate but have not received my seal and other materialThey said that I must send a copy of my certificate to them - contrary to my initial understandingWithout my seal, I cannot complete my existing POAs and Wills for clientsNow I'm told it may be another week or so to get my seal
