I completed the application and sent my forms, my credit card was immediately charged However weeks later...no communication and no notary seal I called, had to leave a message on customer servies line, but they never called back
Now it is weeks, I called again from work, and yipeee they answered The state they always charge card the minute you put info in...but still no notary seal I have been requested to resend so I guess now I wait more weeks

The advertising on this website implies you will become a notary simply by completing the form online That is not true
I completed the online form and paid (via charge card) only to be told I had to print out the application, take it to the local county and pay an additional fee in order to become a notary Then I was to return that paperwork for the company to complete the sale and provide the product I immediately called the company as soon as I realized it, to request a refund I had to leave a message and no one has returned my call I called again today and, after being on hold for almost 1/an hour, I gave up and hung up I intend to dispute the charge on my card since the company apparently is not willing to respond to me
I believe this is or, at the very least, misleading advertising It should be clear right at the outset that this is just a way to fill out a form and get a stamp I can get the form for free from the county and only pay the filing fee of
