because: This only addresses the order for $3,381.40 (which should have been refunded). It does not address the order for $3,202.98 which NWTM claims they will refund. I fail to see how the second order can (supposedly) arrive before the first order is satisfied. Maybe NWTM has an explanation for this too because I'm at a loss as I have never done business like this in the past - and to be sure, I will never do business like this in the future.Sincerely,[redacted]
Respectfully request that we be allowed to reopen this complaint and have it listed as resolved.Mr. [redacted] shipment was scheduled to ship on 08/31/2015, but in fact shipped on 08/28/2015 - ahead of schedule and was received today, 09/10/2015, to the customer’s satisfaction.

Mr. [redacted] placed his order on 10/09/2015; We received his check on 10/12/2015; Good Funds cleared for Personal Checks on 10/22/2015; the delivery window from that point is 8-10 weeks (12/31/2015). The 30-day delay notice was sent on 12/31/2015 at 5:20 PM,...
[redacted], listing his delivery date as 02/01/2016.
This is within the terms and condition of the contract in force between Mr. [redacted] and NWTM. Mr. [redacted] was required to acknowledge and accept these clearly stated terms and conditions prior to his purchase.
We will update our response to this Complaint as soon as tracking information or proof of delivery is available.
Mr. [redacted] order will ship this week. When the delivery truck picks up his product from our facility, he will receive an email with his tracking number.Regards,Amelia

Mr. [redacted]'s refund check #[redacted] in the amount of Five Thousand One-Hundred, Forty-Nine ($5,149.20) & 20/100's was cut on 01/22/2016. It was issued after the mail ran so it will go in the mail on 01/25/2016.

02/17/2016 (Check# [redacted]). Check # [redacted] cleared our bank on 02/18/2016.
