after cancelling the order and 5 1/2 months after placing the original order.  While I have finally been made whole on the deal, the service of this company is completely unacceptable.  I will NEVER order from them again.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hundred Fifty- Six ($3,156.75) Dollars & 75/100's was cut and mailed on 01/22/2016.
 
We will amend our responses to this complaint when check # [redacted] clears our bank account.
There is nothing further for NWTM to do in this matter.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Today is Monday, 12/07/15. We just got off the phone with NWTM. The order has not been packaged, even though their response said it had been. It has not shipped yet, even though the response stated that it would ship on the 4th. We were told it might ship tomorrow or Wednesday. I'm not holding my breath at this point. Even if/when we get our shipment we'll still be filing a complaint with the AG's office in Washington because they're still using the same tactics the AG sued them for a few years ago. It's clear everything we're going through is standard practice for NWTM.Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted]’s purchase shipped on 10/07/15.

I reached out to Mr. [redacted] this morning and discussed his options with him.  He requested a complete refund as opposed to a partial fulfillment.  We are expediting payment at this time.  I will have an estimated issued/mailed date later today. I will call him with the same, per our discussion.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The notification (email) I received on 12-11-15 was for a second order (Order # [redacted]) stating that order # [redacted] would be shipped on 1-11-16. To date neither order has been shipped. If order # [redacted] ships today it would be one week behind revised shipping date. I have received no correspondence it regards to order #[redacted] which has a revised shipping date of today 1-11-16. I will contact NWT to follow up on order # [redacted] after order # [redacted] ships. Please see supporting attached emails. I just want the orders shipped on the revised dates.

In the response NWTM states a 10 day delay for personal and business checks which I didn't send. I sent a cashiers check. In the contract it states 10 days holding period for checks and a 5 day holding period for cashiers check and money orders.. I sent a cashiers check for $4842.00, cashiers check #[redacted]. So NWTM is misrepresenting themselves to Revdex.com right from the start. I feel NWTM is operating in the GREY AREA just inside the law and should be investigated by the Revdex.com and states attorney generals office on how many complaints were lodged against them in 1 year. There is a lot of double talk on NWTM part. Now there saying I could liquidate for full refund-liquidate for and repurchase at todays current bullion price if it benefits me to do so or accept another delay until product is available. NWTM changes there story to make themselves look good . because nothing was mentioned about full refund and repurchasing at todays current bullion price. If I should request a full refund them NWTM had the use of my money for 4 months if the second shipping date was missed 2-16-2016.and no interest applied to my funds. I WISH I COULD RUN A BUSINESS WHERE I TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, USE IT FOR 4 MONTHS AND THEN REFUND JUST THE AMOUNT PAID. ALL I WANT IS FOR MY SILVER BULLION SENT TO ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. 2nd SHIPPIND DATE IS 2-16-2016-SEE WHAT HAPPENS

Mr. [redacted] order was split into two separate boxes, per immigration requirements. 1 was successfully received on 09/10/2015 at 1:15 pm (according to the [redacted]); the 2nd box was returned to Dayton from the San Francisco Post Office in error. It was reshipped yesterday, 09/10/2015, [redacted] Tracking # [redacted].
