I am rejecting this response because: it has been nothing but problems since switching to northstar! Yes my billing issue was fixed but after much arguing on my part with people! And my sensor issue is still not fixed!! Ive yet to receive a call to have them come out to fix it!!! I do thank you for waiving the service fee this time although I should not have had to agrue like I did to get that! And if I don't receive a phone call today about getting the service people out here I will be making another call!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have sent a physicians note to Northstar Alarm today.  The note details how I now need full time care and had to move out of my home.  I am now awaiting a response from Northstar.  I will close the complaint when my daughter or I hear back from a manager at Northstar.

I have reviewed the response made by the NorthStar business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the response from NorthStar refers to me as"Mr. [redacted]." [redacted] is my middle name. My full name is [redacted]. and I want to make sure there is no confusion about which contract, and which person to whom this resolution applies.Despite the "welcome calls" that the company says they made to initiate service, I do not recall getting any of them. The only signs that something was amiss was when the security signs were changed throughout my house and my yard. My neighbors noted these signs with alarm because they, too, had been approached by the sames salesman from NorthStar, and felt that he was trying to mislead them.  As I've stated, I was misled to believe that I was dealing with my same company, [redacted], by being told it was an upgrade. My 94-year-old sister was present to hear the same statements from the salesman.I wish to thank you for your assistance in handling this matter, Revdex.com employees and staff. I will await additional action by the company, NorthStar, and will alert you if these changes are not made.

collections due to non-payment. However, If your mother would like the account to be re-activated she can pay the past due amount and the system will be re-activated.  Once that is done as you mentioned in option #1 We would be happy to send a technician out to the home in order to retrain her one the use of the system as well as check and make sure it is fully working and able to protect her and her home.
