I ordered AND PAID for a canvas bag from this organization in November I received a conformation e-mail immediately after payment stating the product is "getting ready to be shipped" It is now March and I have still not received said bag I have tried multiple times to contact Savings Tree via their contact information (e-mail, phone, their facebook page, etc) and have yet to receive any response back

I ordered a military messenger bag on December 4, As of today I have not received merchandise I either get my bag or a refund for $ Order # is:

I ordered the military messenger bag in 12/6/2016, they took payment for the purchase, as of 3/10/, I have not received the item
I have sent emails to get confirmation and tracking number of shipment to no avail

Ordered from this website on the 4th of December and they took the money from my aunties card the 6th of December and I have yet to receive my product and I have also tried to get ahold of them times now, with no answerTwo times via email on their site, 3rd time via Facebook messageNo answerThe order confirmation page has never updated from order confirmed and it has almost been months now

The company offered messenger bags via a Facebook ad for the cost of shipping onlyI ordered two, and paid the shipping via PayPalI received a confirmation email on 12-06-I have heard nothing from the company sinceTheir website says they are "getting it ready," and has said this for nearly a monthThe company has provided no tracking number, or any indication that they have shipped or plan to ship the itemsThey have ignored multiple emails

I have emailed and called Savings Tree regarding my product Order #which I ordered on Dec8th, I have not received this Black Messenger Bag No one has returned my calls or answered any of my emails It's been months since I ordered it I'm really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, I sent emails weeks apart - giving ample time for responses, however, I feel ignored I have called, sent several emails and even messaged the company on Facebook I was reading the comments on their page and I am not the only one they are doing this to I asked for a refund if they could not provide the product I'm tired of being ignored, which is why I am reaching out to you Thank you so much!

In December I ordered a over-the-shoulder bag for traveling and a I guess it's a canvas over the shoulder bag as well as Christmas presents I was only charged each have not received any information as to when I was getting it I received an email in March that it's in my area and it wasn't I would like to have either the product or my money back this is a scam I'm not the only person doing it it's also on Facebook about it I know that cuz I called I emailed them and got no response I've been calling and emailing him just about every month so far but no response

I placed an order with Saving's Tree on December 5th, I paid through paypalI got an automatic email from them on the same day saying that they were getting my order ready to be shipped and would notify me when that happenedAfter that, nothingI reached out to them several times on their facebook page without any replyOn Jan 2017, I sent an email to the email address provided in case of questions, politely inquiring about the status of my orderI heard nothing from themI sent another email yesterday, Jan 7th and a message through paypal, and am still waiting for anything to happen
