Savings Tree is offering on their Facebook to giveaway a Military Canvas Bag and you get to pay only for shipping I was charged US$for the shipping and they sent me a USPS tracking number that shows that my product has been sitting in Shangai, China since October 15! I wrote to Savings Tree on their Facebook inbox and they refuse to reply Sent them an e-mail and as well they ignored me I live in Guatemala City but I have a P.OBox in Miami to which I requested my purchase to be delivered

Regarding my "ORDER #6215" (Tactical Waist Bag) which I ordered on Sept21, has yet to arriveI have tried email Savings Tree 7-times and they have Never responded to my emailsI have called them & they never called me backIt has been monthsPart of my order arrived, which was the Military Messenger Canvas Bag(arrived last month) I Paid $USD for this order, but only received HALF of the order!! This company's" LACK of Customer Service & Support" is very disturbing and stressful

I ordered from this company online. They withdrew my payment from my checking account and never sent the product ordered. They have not responded to any of my emails either.

I ordered a product from this company in November 2016, money was taken from my account for this and yet I never received the product! I attempted to contact them on several occasions via social media and email with no responce! I threatened to report them and they finally emailed me back saying they were going to send the product but I still never received it! Now they won't resong to my emails again! I know several other people have had the same issue with this company!

This company is just a huge SCAM! They charge you for products and they you never get them and you can't get in contact with themThey don't answer the phones or respond to emails or Facebook messagesEither they have no customer services at all and don't care or they are scammers

on November 23, ~ I ordered the "vintage pink messenger bag" from Savings Tree....It was offered "free" if I paid the shipping fees...which was done right away...they were quick to take my money but I still have not received my bag...I am simply asking for my bag..or a refund of $USD which is exactly what I paid them!
I have tried several times to email them directly and for awhile there I was getting replies stating that my bag was in "transit" and should arrive any time now! well it is now July 19, and I have yet to receive anything!

I placed a order online through face book for a website called mysavingtree.com in December and on 12-1-open case and advised pay pall that I did not get the item and I am disputing the amount of $and I was told that I would get a credit to the account and now pay pall is saying that I owe then for the product that I did not get and pay pall is saying I did for case number PP_D_and I was told that since there was no reponse in days there will be a credit and the case was closed by pay pall on 03-7-over days and so I want my account refuned and the account closed right awayI also advised them numorous time that I dispute this info and they will not close the account and they are charging me late fees also
