Holy Cow! How many companies can you say that about today? They are a pro active backup service. They are usually on top of issues before I ever know one of my clients is affected. I cannot say enough about the personal service and above and beyond the call support that I and all of my clients receive from the staff of Nordic Backup!

My IT Specialist set my Dental Office up with Nordic Backup over a year ago. Fortunately, I have not had a need to use my backup data to restore any patient records and files but, I feel much more protected knowing that my files and data is backed up daily at an offsite location. My experience with Nordic backup services has been very positive. I feel their service securely backs up my data. I appreciate the email notices that my data has been successfully backed up as well. On 2 occasions I have had to contact Nordic regarding an unsuccessful backup due to power outages. Their customer service is outstanding as well as their prompt response and resolution to my issues. The value I am receiving for the cost is acceptable. I would highly recommend Nordic to others.

Nordic Backup provides to our company the peace of mind that we need in case of lost information from our servers. As of today, we have not used the data recovery, however, we feel better knowing that our data is secured with them.

My review of Nordic Backup comes from two perspectives: I am a former employee of Nordic Backup and I am a customer of Nordic Backup. I became a customer several years ago while I was employed there. Over the years, Nordic Backup has come to my rescue on several occassion when my system crashed or I lost some data. They respond in a timely manner and are very professional. I highly recommend Nordic Backup for you data backup needs.

With a recent server dying as a result of a lightning strike, Nordic was able to get us up and running within a day on a replacement server! What a fantastic service!
