I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I HAVE HAD A VERY POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH *** AND HIS CREW THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL, AND *** ALWAYS ANSWERS MY CALLS AND QUESTIONS, VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CLOSE TO HOME SO I CAN DROP OFF MY COMPUTER AND HAVE THEM SEE WHAT IS WRONG WITH ITNORDIC DOES A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING MY COMPUTER SAFE, I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I wouldn't use any other service Each day, I get a report that tells me if my structured backups are running and I have never experienced any type of a lag or an issue It is effortless

I am very satisfied with Nordic Backup I had an issue of a couple of my programs shutting down in the afternoon because my IT had my computer set to do a backup at 3:p.m After not getting a response to my request to change it from my IT, I contacted Nordic direct and they responded immediately in assisting in getting the situation rectified My computer does a full backup at 7:p.mand then Nordic shuts it down for the night as soon as the backup is finished This shutdown is at my request I cannot recommend them highly enough Good customer service is really important to me, and Nordic's customer service is GREAT!
