[I am not satisfied because the repair was not completed. The fuel gauge did not work and still doesn't work. I paid to have a repair done and the repair wasn't done.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Please note this business refused to do anything until I had contacted an outside source. On multiple occasions, emails and phone calls still were not answered and service was abysmal. Promises would be made, but never followed up (Mr. Scott S[redacted] one of the managers outright ignored me and made this process much more frustrating). As noted above, an outside source (the owner) provided the best service I have ever seen and corrected this issue. She ensured this business did what they are supposed to do. Without her, nothing would have been done and would still be at square one. Hopefully with her leadership, this company will turn around. Recommend watching the place closely for similar complaints. The way customers are treated is unacceptable and right now this company is well below an A rating in my humble opinion. However, I'm confident the owner can change it over time. The business has finally performed the actions necessary (after nearly 5 months) and this complaint can be closed out. Thank you.

Mike C[redacted] called from the business he stated the car was returned on February 12, 2016 and the daughter was spoken to about the vehicle being wrecked. She informed Mike that she had re-ended another vehicle and never reported the accident. The damage done to the vehicle is going to cost over...

The daughter informed Mike that she was going to pay for the repairs of the vehicle when they had spoken. Mike stated that if the repairs on the car are paid for by the consumer he will issues the $[redacted] back to them. If the repairs aren't paid for by the consumer then he will be keeping the $ [redacted] to help pay to repair the damage done to the car. Mike stated that they are a 3rd party when it comes to financing and under certain circumstances the financing was denied.
